Perfect location so close to beach, restaurants, stores. Condo was charming and very comfortable. Hosts provided so many extras! Great support helping me with technological difficulties completing my Regatta application. Great parking, two awesome pools. Would stay here again if it is available. Loved our stay!

The condo was spacious and clean. We loved the screened in balcony overlooking the pool. The Vanderbilt Beach area is beautiful. Convenient to Naples and Bonita. The owner jim is a gem. He is responsive and a gentlemen. He lives in the Naples area thus was able to swing by when we had a slight issue with a toilet running. I Highly recommend jim’s place!

Winter break at the beach

The unit is conveniently located for beach access and was stocked with all the necessary beach accessories. With lots of room our 4 adults had plenty of room to relax and enjoy.

Lovely Holiday Vacation

This condo community has a great pool and very secure. The owners were amazing at communicating. We had one issue with plumbing and the owner sent a plumber who rectified the issue super fast.

Location is perfect!

The location of this property is absolutely perfect! A 5 minute walk to the beach and you're set! Close to lots of amazing restaurants and stores. I walked every day and my husband & son played tennis. The public courts were just down the street! The pool and on-site facilities were everything we needed! The host was always super responsive, which was great!

Cozy condo by Vanderbilt beach, Naples

The condo complex has nice amenities such as a pool, hot tub, grilling station and work out rooms. The walk to the beach is 2-3 blocks. The condo is furnished with everything you need. Jason responded immediately to any questions I had.

Great Location!

We loved the location of this rental. It is a short walk to the beach, as well as to several restaurants. We enjoyed walking and had many options to explore, including along the beach. This condo is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed for our stay. The condo was clean and inviting. We cooked many meals in and had all of the kitchen utensils we needed. We enjoyed using the great beach chairs and umbrella provided. There is a wonderful view of the pool area and it was very quiet. We felt safe in this gated community. We would recommend this rental!

Winter Family Vacation

We love this unit & the location. So close to the beautiful Vanderbilt Beach & Mercato and other stores & restaurants. The pools were wonderful & the outdoor cooking facilities were perfect for hosting our January birthdays. We had our small grandchildren with us & we enjoyed the nearby parks as well as the Naples Zoo & Children’s Museum. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating and gracious. Everything we could possibly need was supplied for us.

Unbelievable gem in a perfect location.

Amazing experience! The condo is perfect and has EVERYTHING you need. No problems at all during out entire stay and the condo was very secure with a guarded entry. I would absolutely recommend this to any family or couples looking for a great get away. Super close to the beach (about a 6 minute walk) and less than 5 minutes driving to Mercato and Waterside Shoppes. Such a great condo! THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Regatta delivers again

This is our second year in a row staying at a unit in the Regatta for Spring Break, the one we rented last year was not available this year so we used the Mason’s unit. It was clean, they allowed us to check in early, and the pool and proximity to the beach if the Regatta generally can’t be beat. For parents with kids in a pack and play, the master bedroom has a closet big enough for a pack and play. Our two year old stayed in there and slept great. Thanks Masons!

Great location

Great condo and location. Walk to the beach. Only downfall was when we got there the cleaning lady don’t clean up a spill and there were ants all over the place. We had to clean and spray. Also there was a leak under the sink and we tried contacting the owners and got no response. Other than that it was very nice

Anniversary week

The property itself is very nice, nicely furnished and it is in a nice gated development with an excellent pool. Overall we had a nice time here and our communication with the property manager/owners was very good. On the downside the property was not cleaned prior to our visit as when we arrived beds were not made and there was food and some other items in the kitchen. I called the managers after we arrived and they arranged to have a cleaning crew there the next day which we appreciated but they did not make any accommodation for our inconvenience. I've never encountered this situation with a rental before and I think it will effect my decisions to rent going forward.

Beautiful Condo

The condo has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The pictures are exactly the way the condo looks. It’s beautiful!! The walk to the beach wasn’t too bad. There’s a closet full of beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart and sand toys. Restaurants and grocery stores are all a short distance. Just pack your bags and enjoy!!

Family Vacation in SW FLA

There were 5 of us staying here and we really enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean, neat and comfortably decorated. A helpful binder of instructions was handy and appreciated. The owners were very responsive and helpful as well when a new security system caused a slight hiccup to our initial entry to the property. Location is within pretty easy walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach and the pool facility. We took advantage of both daily. Our sincere thanks to the owners for providing us with a very nice place to stay during our relaxing Naples vacation.
