"Hello Sunshine." Welcome to Waters Edge 613. This beautiful beach condo faces the white-sand beaches of the emerald cost with amazing panoramic views. Okaloosa Island is one Florida's top beaches and for viewing dolphins or catching that perfect sunset, you cant get a better seat. You will enjoy your own private balcony, spacious kitchen, two bathrooms, private laundry machines.
The top-floor balcony features modern outdoor furniture with Sunbrella cushions for your relaxation and offers views overlooking the beach, pool, and courtyard. Adjoining the balcony is the main living space, complete with a lush leather sectional sofa and smart tv for a relaxing start or end to any day. Preparing your favorite meals and drinks is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The master bedroom offers a king bed with an upgraded Tempur-Pedic cooling memory foam mattress and a wall-mounted smart tv for a perfect nights rest.
