This spacious newly renovated home is perfect for group trips and families. Nestled in a peaceful wooded setting at the base of Paris Mountain yet only 15 minutes from the heart of downtown Greenville.
Make dinner in the fully stocked kitchen then enjoy the deck and HOT TUB in the private back yard while the kids play some ping pong and arcade games in the lower level.
The space
Located at the base of PARIS MOUNTAIN in GREENVILLE private serene wooded setting. With ample parking.
15 minutes from the heart of downtown and
10 minutes from TRAVELERS REST.
Near by is the entrance for PARIS MOUNTAIN STATE PARK and the popular SWAMP RABBIT TRAIL.

MAIN FLOOR:
-Dining Room that can seat 10 comfortably
-Fully equipped kitchen with dinner ware for everyone. 6 more dining seats in here.
-Living Room with cozy sectional and TV and access to the multi level deck and HOT TUB
- 2 bedrooms both with KING BEDS and TV’s
- Full Bathroom these bedrooms share

UPPER FLOOR:
- Bedroom 3 with KING BED, and SINGLE fold away style bed(just slightly smaller than a twin) TV and en-suite bathroom

-Bedroom 5 with 2 TWIN BEDS also 2 SINGLE foldaway beds ( 2 inches more shorter and 1 inch more narrow than a twin)

We spent New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day at this house on Paris Mountain in Greenville, and it was truly one of the best New Year’s weekends we’ve had in a long time. Our group spanned multiple generations, and this home worked *perfectly* for that. The bedrooms are spread out over three floors, which meant everyone could keep their own schedule and still sleep comfortably. Every bed was incredibly cozy, by the way. We spent our time exactly the way you hope to on a getaway: cooking dinners together in the spacious kitchen (plenty of room for multiple cooks and a few “helpers”), gathering around the large dining table for meals, and then transitioning seamlessly into card games like Rummy and Phase 10. The arcade games and ping-pong table were in constant use, and the hot tub was absolute perfection after long days exploring Greenville. We celebrated my nephew’s 12th birthday, watched movies, laughed a lot, and made memories that we’ll talk about for years. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Soby’s downtown and escaped (just in time!) from Breakout Escape Rooms, then came back to a house that truly felt like a retreat. Communication with the host was excellent, super prompt, friendly, and welcoming from start to finish. Everyone in our group commented that this was one of the best trips we’ve taken in a long time, and this house was a huge reason why. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

The house was perfect for several groups of our family gathering for my granddaughters wedding ranging from kids to seniors. It was well appointed with everything we needed. The hot tub was clean and a welcomed gathering spot with the cool November weather. Thank you to the hosts for sharing your beautiful home.

Outstanding property, beautifully remodeled without losing the original charm. Really enjoyed the large screen tv and video games downstairs. Furnishings were exceptional for a VRBO. Beds very comfortable. Would stay again.

The Perfect Getaway on Paris Mountain Greenville SC

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing VRBO property, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a beautifully maintained home that felt like a true retreat.The location was perfect. Close to attractions yet nestled in a peaceful neighborhood. We loved being able to attend all our kids baseball tournament games and having a cozy place to return to each day made our trip even more enjoyable.The amenities were top-notch. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy for us to prepare meals and enjoy family dinners. The living area was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures. We particularly loved the jacuzzi. The patio was fantastic spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets.Brandi was super attentive and thoughtful, providing us with all the information we needed to check in and made sure our stay was going smoothly. It made a huge difference. Overall, this VRBO stay exceeded our expectations, and hope to come back one day. If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay, look no further!Jorge Font

Best weekend place!!

The house is gorgeous and plenty spacious for multiple couples and kids!! Very kid friendly house! The location between our daughter’s wedding ceremony at Glassy Mountain and her reception in downtown Greenville was the best part! Close to shopping and restaurants but far away to enjoy the beauty of nature! I can’t say enough about this experience! They responded to all my requests quickly. Great family vacation home!

Beautiful home in Paris Mountain

The home was a perfect place to have a family vacation with 4 families and children as well. Lots of the offered to do including a very nice hot tub, spacious finished basement with a pingpong table, electronic games such as Pac-Man and a large couch and TV. Many bedrooms to spread out and then gather for meals in a big kitchen as well as a nice dining room. The owners thought of everything including books and toys for kids! Only 15 minutes to downtown Greenville

Wonderful Lookout

We held a mini class reunion and this Vrbo was perfect for the twelve of us. There was ample space for sharing meals and the back deck and den areas were comfortable. The night view was exceptional. If you have little ones the book nooks and search for mice was fun. The companion search for mice In Greenville is fun as well. The nearby Swamp Rabbit Trail is great for a nice walk. Thanks for providing such a wonderful Vrbo. We were even able to park 9 vehicles at the house.

Just what we needed

This property is so charming and checks all of the boxes. The basement is divine and perfect to occupy teens. The host was attentive and easy to communicate with and even allowed me an early check in. Highly recommend!

Family Portrait

What a fun time! Our trip to Greenville for a family portrait was a great opportunity to enjoy Greenville. We loved picking apples, eating apple cider donuts, and getting lots of exercise at Skytop Orchard in Flat Rock. Downtown Greenville and Furman University kept us busy and outdoors. And when we were not enjoying the area, our house was great! The kids loved the basement with games, TV, and their own space while the adults enjoyed having space to talk and relax.
