Walk into a spacious living room with a 72in TV, family games, and comfortable seating.

The kitchen has an island that seats 7 with two refrigerators, a dishwasher, and all of the cookware you need for large gatherings. The coffee station has a Keurig, drip coffee pot, sugars, creamers, and flavored syrups. The washer and dryer are located off of the kitchen.

The dining room table seats 10 guests, and the kitchen island seats 8.

The back porch has a seating area, TV. The backyard is spacious, with a seating area, fire pit, and regulation size pickleball court and basketball hoop. The pickleball court is for guest use only- please note there is a guest home next door and the court is shared between the two houses! There are disc golf baskets located in the lower field; bring your own discs!

Our home is located one mile from downtown Greer. The neighborhood features a mix of housing. It is very safe.
