There is 1 Jack and Jill bedroom that can only be entered by you going thru 1 of the other bedrooms. So setup not good for 3 couples but great for an all girls or all guys rental or for kids with 2 couples
This is a spacious 1500 sq ft condo 3bed/2 bath a A queen sofa bed and a trundle bed with 2twinXL
2 bedrooms have king memory foam mattress, 3rd bedroom a full/queen memory foam electric incline platform.

No stairs to climb the floor is at street level and entrance through the garage so you will never get wet if it’s raining

If you want the whole house of 5 bedrooms/4 baths book instantly with VRBO property# 4283458 for a really great experience.

This home is Near Kemah, Galveston, Seabrook area.

1500 sq ft living space-large kitchen with lots of pots/pans, coffee/creamer/sugar, shampoo soap hair dryer provided. lots of towels & linens.

No Smoking inside. but can smoke outside using provided enclosed ashtray.

Great fishing location

Cleaned and well equipped home, it will be perfect if up stair and down stairs back porches are cleaned and maintained.

Gotta love it in San Leon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was nicely equipped with everything we needed. The fishing pier was awesome. Aurora responded quickly whenever we had question or concern.

When we first arrived to the property I thought this Will great! This nice. Great communication, easy check in, first floor access. By the end of the trip this unfortunately changed. I did message the owner for 5 days to try to resolve issues before posting this review as I felt we should have had a little bit of a refund for what we endured.First, there are fleas in and around the house through the yard etc. this is supposed to be no pet allowed house. But she confirmed she allowed dogs to the renters before us and that was 2 weeks ago. She told me where spray was possibly but we had to go buy some because my family can’t stand fleas and flea bites. After we checked out she told us she didn’t find any so I guess we were lying.Second, the shower door in the Jack and Jill bathroom falls off when you try to move it to turn shower on. It fell on me, left a bruise on my forehead. Still hurts today 5 days later. Then it fell on my 12 year old daughter and thankfully she caught it. After that I did a lesson with my family to not touch that door. Use the other one, 5 days later she still doesn’t say sorry or anything and says I have no idea what you’re talking about.Bedding- this is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house, sofa sleeper and daybed with trundle. It does not explain that it literally is on top of each other and that there wasn’t correct bedding/pillows. First you have to go through bedrooms to get to other bedrooms and bathroom. So there is no privacy. Second, …. To be continue

I am so so sorry for the horrible experience you had Yes, I make this a pet free house because of fleas, but the former renter came in saying it was a service dog and that they had to come in and I had to allow it by law After inventory There were four extra pillows, one for each twin bed and two for the couch, but the extra pillows were missing from the closet and the extra bedding walked off widows other renters In the write up, I do say that it is a quirky three bedroom set up and the one bedroom is only obtainable by going through the other one like the Jack and Jill It’s very difficult to host so many different people coming through and keep inventory checks with my cleaners

This property was nice/beautiful because of the fishing pier & view. However, it was quite challenging getting time on the end of the pier since the upper unit was rented at the same time as our unit. (We didn’t read everything in the description prior to booking.) I would recommend renting both units so this isn’t an issue. Aurora was fantastic at communicating with us & very friendly. The host was awesome.The rental property was decent but there were things that really needed some updating & replacing. The trundle bed was broken & the couch arm was broken. It was slightly inconvenient to set up for the kids due to being broken. Also, there isn’t a hot-tub or bathtub as stated in the listing.We were not satisfied with the cleanliness when we arrived because of animal hair under things & rolling around on the floor. Overall it was an okay place to stay but if you are use to higher end places this property may disappoint you a little. You are also charged a 175 cleaning fee but you are responsible for washing & folding towels prior to leaving.
