Find your serenity in this stylish and cheery townhome, just a short distance away from the stunning beaches of Key West and all the fun on Duval St. This tropical refuge hosts the right amount of southern hospitality to wash away your real world worries.
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

DETAILS & AMENITIES...
Step in to find this sweet surprise of nautical decor with comfortable furnishings in a fun-loving space infused with natural lighting all around. This cheery space greets you with a cozy sectional surrounding a flat screen TV to gather around for lazy evenings together. A fully equipped kitchen allows for seamless meal prep that can be enjoyed around the dining table for 6. Open the large sliders to take advantage of this incredible indoor/outdoor space.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Head up to the 2nd level to find the primary suite with a king bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with a shower and double sink vanity. Just down the hall is a room with 2 twin beds that can convert to a king upon request, a flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with a shower. There is a sleeper sofa in the great room for additional sleeping arrangements with the convenience of a powder room steps away.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Indulge in your private island oasis out on the back pool deck as you catch some rays and enjoy the sweet breeze. Rinse off the day in the refreshing private pool (comes heated in the cooler months) and enjoy a good book out on the covered porch with seating. A gas grill, wet bar and outdoor shower complete your tranquil escape.

PARKING...
Although perfectly located within walking distance of most everything, this home comes with a parking spot for those wanting to head out for a scenic drive.

PETS...
Dogs are permitted and a pet fee is required.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is in an excellent location (close to Duval, the beach and pickleball courts) and the layout is perfect for 2 couples. The heated pool was the highlight of our stay with the backyard being inviting and private. The general condition of the home was the only disappointing thing. The house could use an update in many of the rooms.

Host was very responsive to us and the property is easy to access. Key West is a wonderful spot to visit, fabulous restaurants, walkability, gorgeous surroundings and interesting history. The roosters awakening us between 4-5 AM only added to the ambience! Suggestions for the host given the property cost is to have starter packets of coffee and water. The layout of 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms is ideal - very clean property, enjoyable dipping pool. For dining we loved Frenchies Cafe breakfasts. Dinner highlights: Red Shoe, Blue Heaven and Bagatelle. Best docent at Truman's Little White House - best experience tour Hemingway House.

It is not as nice as photographs suggest.Back pool area had a pungent foul odor.There are two electrical outlets next to sinks in master bathroom. One is not grounded. The other is grounded and there is burn residue on it.
This is the electrical outlet next to one of the bathroom sinks - too frightening to use. Electrical outlet next to the other sink is not grounded.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the home did not meet your expectations based on the listing photos. We work hard to ensure our photos accurately reflect the property and that they remain current and representative. Regarding the bathroom outlets, guest safety is extremely important to us. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we sent a licensed electrician to the home. One outlet was replaced and both were properly secured to ensure everything meets safety standards. With respect to the backyard and pool area, we were surprised to hear about an odor concern, as we have not previously received complaints about that space. The outdoor area is professionally cleaned and regularly maintained. In a tropical climate there can occasionally be temporary environmental factors beyond our control. Had we been notified during your stay, we would have immediately investigated and addressed it. We truly wish we had the opportunity to resolve these concerns while you were in the home, as our team is always responsive and ready to assist. Thank you again for sharing your experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this house is perfect. About a 10 min drive to the airport, and walkable to everything we wanted to do - beach, Duval St bars and shops, restaurants, butterfly conservatory. The house was clean and the living room furniture was comfortable and in good condition. The outdoor lounge furniture was comfortable but all of the cushions were ripped and the beds were really loud anytime you moved a little, the shower in the smaller bedroom had such poor water pressure, it wasn’t usable. The other one was ok though. In the kitchen, the pans were very worn and scratched up and at least one burner on the stove wasn’t working. We didn’t reach out about any of these issues as we were able to work around them, but we were kind of disappointed given the amount we paid for the house. Management was great - easy to contact and quick to respond.
