Please take your shoes off so the floors and light carpets stay nice.

Only confirmed guests are allowed in the condo.

Pets are not allowed in this condo for any reason.

Please refrain from frying fish or cooking any other pungent foods during your stay.

While spending time in the condo or on the balcony please respect the neighbors. You will find that everyone is friendly and courteous.

Quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum. Noise complaints may result in immediate eviction without a refund and loss of your entire security deposit.

Please request late check out before 9am on your departure date. Late check out for longer than 30 minutes without permission will result in a fee of half the nightly rate. If more than one hour, a fee of 1 nights rental will be charged.

Smoking of any kind including e-cigarettes is not allowed inside the condo. You may smoke on the balcony with the condo doors and windows closed. A fee of $300 will be assessed if smoke of any kind is detected upon departure.

Please return the parking pass and gate key to avoid extra charges ($100 each)
