This relaxing community is just minutes to Boca Grande Beaches and close to the white sandy beaches of Manasota Key. Also convenient to the area are many public golf courses. This spacious home provides a private heated pool and canal access.

Enjoy the beautiful water view! The canals are wide and lead to the Interceptor Waterway that runs the entire length of the community. The water is brackish and home to many species of fish. You will also find an abundance blue crab. Please be on the lookout for alligators and manatees as they enjoy living/visiting the canals as well.

The open floor plan of this home makes the family room, kitchen and dining area a spacious area to spend quality time. Once inside, you are immediately taken in by the sheer volume of the abundance of natural light pouring in through the double set of triple sliders. The double set of sliders open the entire living space to the lanai, integrating both your indoor and outdoor living for a relaxing break!

The home sleeps 6 guests in great comfort. The primary suite offers sliders opening to the lanai/pool. This room provides a king size bed and walk in closet. The ensuite is sure to please, leaving you feeling luxurious from the split vanities, glass and tile walk-in shower.

The true Florida split plan has two generously sized guest rooms privately located down a hallway with the guest bathroom located in-between. Each room contains queen sized beds and open closet space. The guest bathroom includes a shower/tub combination. A Pack-N-Play and highchair are available.

Whether you enjoy making a quick snack or a full meal the kitchen comes fully equipped for use. You will find this kitchen fully equipped with a microwave, oven, toaster oven with air fryer, dishwashers, coffee pot, Keurig, blender, pots, pans, baking items, spices, etc.

The home gets better as you move outdoors! The large, covered lanai allows plenty of room to relax, sit back, and dine while being shielded from the hot Florida rays. Or if you prefer lounging in the sun, there is plenty of room for sunbathing or taking a dip in the private saltwater pool, perfect for cooling off and heated for those warming up on cold winter days. Additionally, a pool bathroom and shower are available for added convenience. The lanai includes a covered area with comfortable seating. The lanai area overlooks the canal which attracts many Floridia’s wildlife.

You will find a gas barbeque is available on the lanai for cooking fast meals for family and friends. A small fenced in back yard is off the lanai is also available for children or a small dog, we just ask that you clean up after the dog.

If you enjoy fishing, follow the paved walkway to some of the best fishing that can be done right off the private dock! At night enjoy the underwater fish light by the dock to view the fish as they swim by every night and try your luck at catching one. Or you can use the dock to tie up your boat with access to the bay or gulf. (Please note the boat lift is not included).

After spending the day fishing, sunbathing, shopping, golfing, or touring the area, relax on the comfortable furnishings in the living room while the kids watch a movie or play games in the living room. Two TVs are available for your streaming pleasure. One is in the primary bedroom and one in the living room.

Do not forget to step outside to watch the beautiful sunsets over the canal from the lanai or dock!

Pet Fee: If you are bringing a dog along with you on your trip the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting “yes” to pets. Please only bring a dog that you know will be responsible and appropriate in this environment. We do have a small dog crate for your use. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Heated Pool Fee: In the cooler months if you would like to pool water heated to 86 F, then please let us know in the message box when booking. There is an extra $10.00 per day for the length of the stay.

Please note that four security cameras are active with this home. You will find one on the doorbell, one in the pool area facing the side door entrance, one in the fenced in lawn area, and one facing the dock. While staying at the house we put a privacy setting on all of the cameras so you can have your privacy.
