Si vous cherchez une maison loin de chez vous, FineView est-ce !!!!! Notre maison de 4200 pieds carrĂ©s est entiĂšrement meublĂ©e et conçue pour votre dĂ©tente avec 5 chambres (3 lits queen et 9 lits jumeaux), 3 salles de bain complĂštes et 3 salles de bain et demie, salons (avec un canapĂ©-lit queen), salle familiale avec un foyer au gaz en pierre, une salle Ă  manger et une cuisine avec de nombreux Ă©quipements auxquels vous ĂȘtes habituĂ©. RĂ©veillez-vous avec de magnifiques levers de soleil et profitez de 175 pieds de plain-pied face Ă  la plage du lac. Il y a beaucoup de place pour la famille et les amis pour jouer sur la grande pelouse, la plage et le patio. Nos quais offrent un endroit pour garer votre bateau et le lancement public de bateau Ă  Penn Yan (Ă  quelques kilomĂštres!) fournit une plate-forme pour le lancer. Si vous voulez vous dĂ©tendre Ă  la maison tout en profitant du lac, installez-vous sur l'une des chaises berçantes et profitez de la vue depuis notre vĂ©randa spacieuse. Terminez votre journĂ©e avec un feu de camp et endormez-vous dans l'une des grandes chambres pour briser doucement les vagues juste Ă  l'extĂ©rieur de votre fenĂȘtre.

FineView est nichĂ© dans la rĂ©gion viticole du lac Keuka et Ă  proximitĂ© de magnifiques boutiques, caves, musĂ©es et restaurants. Le charmant marchĂ© Windmill, Ă  l'origine un centre commercial Amish, fonctionne tous les samedis matin pendant les mois d'Ă©tĂ©, oĂč vous trouverez les produits les plus frais, des fleurs cultivĂ©es et sauvages, des meubles faits Ă  la main, de dĂ©licieuses tartes maison et d'autres dĂ©lices.

Le lac Keuka (connu comme le lac Y) est le lac Finger le plus propre ... idĂ©al pour la pĂȘche, la natation, le canoĂ«, le kayak, la voile et le ski nautique. Il y a plusieurs marinas autour du lac et des bateaux Ă  moteur peuvent ĂȘtre louĂ©s Ă  la journĂ©e ou Ă  la semaine et amarrĂ©s au quai.

Great location, nice house. Only problem with the fireplace did not work, no laundry detergent is provided, and you need an engineer in degree to figure out the television.

Wonderful family vacation!

My entire family of 13 stayed here over Labor Day weekend and we could not have been more happy with our experience. The house had plenty of room for us all, was clean, and well maintained. The setting right on the water was perfect for us to enjoy the beautiful weather. We had bonfires at night, swam all day, and played yard games the whole time. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Beautiful views and property

Beautiful home with very comfortable furnishings. The kitchen has almost every piece of equipment or serving dish you can imagine. We loved the home and surroundings
beach, docks, patio, porch, fish and grassy area that our grandkids LOVED playing in. Evenings by the fire were perfect too. We could not imagine another place more perfect for the 15 of us.

Amazing Vacation spot!!

We had an amazing time with our whole family at the Fine View cottage (which included kids, grand kids, aunts, uncles, etc. ). It is no cottage. It is a gorgeous, spacious home! We were all very comfortable and had plenty of space. The lake frontage is stunning. The little ones played for hours on the beach and in the shallow water. The older ones played for hours tubing and swimming off the dock and our boat. It was an amazing place, location and vacation! Can't wait to go back again!!

Amazing House!

We booked this house for a girls weekend/bachelorette party weekend for my sister and all of our aunts and friends. It was perfect! We hung in on Friday and had make your own pizza night and Saturday traveled around to the local Wineries and Breweries then had a BBQ. It was large enough to accommodate 15-18 of us and the number of bathrooms was amazing with how many girls there were getting ready at once. Would love to make this an annual event!!

Wonderful.

We've used this home twice for our church's women's leadership retreat. The owners are WONDERFUL, the house is GORGEOUS, and we have zero complaints! We're so grateful this home exists and that we get to rent it. We have a team meeting after we leave, which is when we begin planning our next retreat, and both times everyone has said, "Get that house again!" :)

Great Place To Share With Friends!

We have stayed in several other homes on Keuka Lake and this is by far our favorite. This home was perfect for our annual extra long weekend get-away with college friends. The house was spacious, comfortable, very clean, with several great indoor and outdoor places for the eight of us to gather and catch up. The porch was an awesome place to enjoy the weather and the great views of the lake and the fire pit area was perfect for our evenings. We were able to enjoy the nice added touches of the corn hole game and the golf ball game in the yard. And yes, we really enjoyed the fun and creativity that the chalkboard wall created! The easy in/out access to the lake was great for our daily kayak trips. And Julie was very responsive and helpful in all of our planning and questions before and during our stay. We highly recommend this house and hope to make this a regular vacation spot in the future!

Beautiful setting for large families

My family (now a group of 17 ranging in age from 80yrs old to 8yrs old) booked the house for a long weekend which we have dubbed "Winter Weekend" and really enjoyed ourselves despite the fact that the weather was below zero most days! The house was certainly large enough and we were thrilled that we could ALL sit at the table together for the dinners we cooked. While we were there the lake had frozen over enough for us to cross country ski around on and for those who were looking for a more challenging run we took a few rides over to Keuka Park and went up the trails (ungroomed) there. If you are going in the winter months just note that the drive way slopes down and while it held at least 8 or 9 of our cars the ones at the bottom did need some help getting up but this was to be expected given the weather conditions and we certainly managed.

An Unforgettable Weekend

I organized a weekend getaway for 15 of our friends, 4 of whom were turning 30. The "Fine View Cottage" turned out to be a perfect match for our event. We had couples, we had singles, we had guys, we had girls. All were amazed by the beauty of the lake just steps away from the deck, where we had our morning coffee. We spent our nights around the fire pit that we assembled on the beach, near the lake. We cooked out every night on the grill on the back deck. The girls visited wineries while the guys played "kan jam" and other yard games on the front lawn. There was plenty of space to accommodate our group. The only thing that would have made it better would be bigger beds for us old married couples :) I can't begin to say enough about the owner, Julie. She was incredibly accommodating and empathetic when a freak weather event nearly ruined our trip! Loved this place.

Lovely Home, Wonderful Memories

Our family of 11 which included a range of generations from grandparents to parents to teens to kiddos and toddlers, spent a memorable week at Fine View Cottage. The cottage was everything we expected it to be and then some. We had ample room to be together and have quiet moments when we needed to. The gardens were in bloom and very well maintained. The shoreline was perfect for the little ones to collect and toss rocks, fish from the dock, and play lawn games in the evening. We all enjoyed the ample seating right down at the shoreline, great fire pit, and the rockers on the wonderful porch. We brought two kayaks which were in almost constant use (The five year old became the kayak princess showing perfect form!!!!) and rented a pontoon boat for a day of cruising and tubing. Next year we plan to bring paddle boards for the tweens and teens. The owner, Julie Dix, was ever so responsive to our questions and we couldn't have asked for better and responsive communication. Thank you, Julie, for a most wonderful and memorable family vacation. We absolutely hope to return next summer.

Nicest Place we have stayed on Keuka

This house had it all. There were 11 adults and 5 kids that stayed and we all had plenty of room. WE have stayed on this lake for years but never with such a big group. We told everyone that the homes are all older and we are there for the lake and not the house. Not the case this time! Not only is the outside spacious and tons of fun with a grass area, beach, rocky area to fish and two docks, but the inside is fantastic. We set our friends' expectations too high with this house so we'll probably have to stay here again. The fire pit really helped us wrap up each day and I cannot thank the owners enough for a wonderful experience. If I had to say anything that was not a shining five star review, it would be that I brought all of our food up and saw that there were two refrigerators but one was the owner's fridge and we didn't have access. It would have made life easier with access to two fridges but this is just a comment for improvement but didn't impact the overall great week we had here. Thanks again!

The beachfront and the porch looking out on the water was a great way to spend a family week. Kristie was very responsive before and during our stay.

Spacious home and wonderful beach!

We rented a pontoon boat , enjoyed corn hole and Kan Jam and had a fire at nights . We highly recommend this house and hope to make this a regular vacation spot in the future!

Amazing house!

This house was perfect for our big group! It had beautiful lake views, and everything we needed for the weekend. The hosts were very accommodating throughout the whole process, and communicated with me frequently when we were considering cancelling due to COVID. We’re all so glad we didn’t cancel. Thank you!

Beautiful, spacious lake house!

We booked this lake house for a friend’s 30th birthday it was perfect! Spacious, beautiful location, and clean! It’s a great location, directly on the lake. Check in/out process was easy. Ample driveway area for multiple vehicles. The house was very clean and kitchen came with the usual amenities for our food prep. Will definitely stay here again!

Keuka Lake

We had an absolutely lovely stay on keuka lake at Julie’s home! It was the perfect spot for a reunion with friends, there was lots of common space for gathering, cooking and eating, and plenty of space for everyone to sleep. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a weekend away at Keuka!
