There is a small back yard with comfortable chairs for relaxing. You will find you make yourself at home here.

Townhouse was very clean, had well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and living room. Host communication was excellent. This is one of the best units I have stayed in. Only (tiny) negative is the number of personal photos, grandchild artwork and general clutter. We had a great stay and recommend this home.

This townhouse was amazing. It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything one could need. It is also located in a perfect location in Loveland.

Wonderful accommodations. Very whimsical and welcoming. Great hosts. Both bedrooms were good sized. We liked the location. Only 45 minutes to Estes park and a few short minutes to downtown.

The stay was excellent. The accommodations were very comfortable. The host as well was very accommodating with a few small requests. Can’t say enough how happy we were with this booking. Would stay here again.

This was the best VRBO that I have ever stayed at. It absolutely makes me want to never stay at a hotel. The location was great. It was so clean and very warm and inviting. The hosts think of everything, and anything we thought we needed, they had! And they communicate back-and-forth so well. Highly recommend!I recommend sitting on their driveway and watching the sunset!

Visiting family in Loveland

Very nice, clean, easy directions, easy check in, comfortable in every way. Paula responded to several text messages almost immediately! We visit a couple times a year and will definitely check to see if this is available next time we stay. Thank you for a lovely place to stay for a few days.

Beautiful Townhouse

My husband and I stayed 3 nights in this beautiful townhouse. We were in town for parents weekend at CSU. Everything was so cute and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend!!

Trip to the mountains

Had a great stay in Loveland. Check in process was excellent. The host provided us all of the information we needed a few days before. She was always very responsive if we had any questions. This condo is in a very quiet neighborhood. Nice back patio area to relax at the end of the day and enjoy a glass of wine. Lots of room and had all of the amenities that we needed. Off street parking was a plus. Plenty of restaurants and groceries within about 5 minutes of the condo. Justine’s Pizza was really good. The road from Loveland to Estes Park is amazing. One of my favorite canyon drives. There is a lot of “stuff” in this condo. May need to keep an eye on small children. There are a few children’s desks to keep them busy. The bed was a bit firm for our liking but we still got good sleep and woke up rested. I would highly recommend this 2 bedroom condo.

Move In Week

We were moving our daughter in to Colorado State and this was a perfect landing spot for us. The commute to campus was super easy. When we were in the unit, it had everything one would need to be comfortable. Paula was very accommodating.

Warm and welcoming Loveland home

This spacious townhouse in Loveland is very welcoming, providing all the comforts of home away from home. There are views of the Rocky Mountains from the upstairs bedroom! The location is convenient to Loveland, Fort Collins, as well as Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. All communication with the hosts was extremely pleasant, friendly and prompt to respond and very accommodating. Great Hosts! Thank you we enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable respite

This delightful townhouse in a quiet neighborhood was extremely well equipped with a great view of the Rocky Mountain Foothills. The patio provided a comfortable outdoor reading space for my husband and me. Shopping was within easy driving distance, as were countless natural areas. We enjoyed out stay very much.
