We loved our time here. The house is absolutely beautiful. The golf cart was fun to take around the area. The beach was stunning. We would love to come back soon.

Clean property, good location, but...

Management team is HORRIBLE. The hot water was out for first 2 days of a 4 day stay! Unacceptable. Paying premium rates and getting hostel service. Unclear instructions cause you to always have to go to the team to find out what to do. No "manual" to understand easy things like pool code, check out, etc. This one has some kinks to work through. Lastly, after multiple conversations the team said they would contact to discuss...still waiting...

Overall good experience. There were a few housekeeping hiccups that need to be addressed. The coffee maker had a molded coffee filter that was actually pretty disgusting that we had to clean out first thing. There was not a trash bag in the kitchen trashcan. I understand the property isn't responsible for these type of items your entire stay, but they are expected to at least have one ready to use upon arrival. It is a house with 5 bedrooms that slept all 13 of us; however, there wasn't enough towels for everyone to have one shower. All in all, the rental company made everything right within a reasonable amount of time. Only complaint about the house itself is that there is absolutely NO STORAGE for any food. All the cabinets are packed with a ton of dishes. No pantry space at all. The beds did sleep well.

That is not the experience we intend, and we have shared your notes with our housekeeping team and the owner to prevent a repeat. As a reminder, we provide starter supplies to help guests settle in, and for missing towels or linens please call or text during your stay so our team can deliver extras quickly. We also appreciate your comment about limited food storage. Many homes have cabinets filled with dishes which can reduce pantry space, and we will pass your suggestion along to the owner for consideration.
