Lots of privacy! Private Deck, w/BBQ, Big Yard, lots of parking, SUPER Clean & Cute. This is the front unit of a Duplex, your neighbor is in back of you. So you have your own private entrance and yard. Nice big leather couch with dining table and fully stocked galley kitchen. New AC units in bedroom and living room. Breakfast foods and snacks provided. Great reviews for 8 years! St Andrews is a Super Cool Community located in Panama City just 3 miles from the Hathaway bridge and 10 miles to the Sandy Beaches. This waterfront community is full of Mom-and-Pop Restaurants, Brew and coffee houses, live music venues, Farmers Market and waterfront park. Nearly Every place in St Andrews is pet friendly including us, we do have a $75 pet cleaning fee so that we can steam clean after every pet stay. Air mattress available upon request, plenty of linens provided with soap and shampoo provided. 1 queen size bed in BDRM with an additional inflatable bed for living area upon request.

Very clean and convenient

Compact space. Very clean with treats in the cupboard. Had almost everything we needed for our 3 week stay. Convenient location for driving to stores, restaurants, and Panama City Beach

Stayed for work, family joined for vacation

I booked this property at a very good price, upon arriving found that it was occupied, the host called me and apologized for the mix up and put me up in one her other places for a few nights until mine was ready, she had her housekeeper check on us part way through the stay to see if we needed anything, i would recommend staying here whether youre on business or vacation. I will stay at one of her properties again in the future.

Horrid

The place was crawling with cockroaches. Spiders. The back door was off the track and let everything inside. No water pressure. The “clean” sheets had make up stains on them. Tried to communicate with host before leaving and her number changed? You get what you pay for and there’s a reason she runs “deals”. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.

Perfect for our needs

The duplex was very clean and met our needs. The refrigerator quit working the first night and the host had it repaired before we returned from our fishing trip the next day so we were able to freeze all of the fish we caught for the week. The laundry facility was very helpful. The neighborhood was very quiet and in a great location for the places we visited. We will definitely book again if available for our next fishing trip to Panama City.

Overall great!

There were a few little things that had lacked some attention, especially the bedroom door and the medicine cabinet door. Both were broke in certain ways which rendered them both unusable. The yard had not been cut so it was grown up and made the place look abandoned. Communication with the host was impeccable! She responded very quickly and with great concern to the lack of knowledge of the broken items. The inside was very clean and cozy. Extra TP is always a good thing to have as they was only one roll plus a few sheets left on the one that was on the holder. There was shampoo and soap if someone forgot theirs and plenty of towels. I would consider staying here again if available and I'm going to be in the area.

Not pleasant at all!

Arrived to the property to find it was already occupied. Occupant informed me that he was staying long term and had made the arrangement with Host privately. I had booked this location back in February (curious to know when he made his arrangement, but alas, I shall never know these things) and had contacted the host thru the website to make a change to my dates 3 weeks before my arrival. The hosts only response to my change request was "Yes thanks" after sending a second message asking if she had received my request. At no time did the host alert me to the private booking, which makes me think the occupant at the property when I arrived had only just booked. After talking with the occupant, I contacted host, only to discover her property is listed on another site, and was booked for same time frame via both sites, along with private booking currently there. Host was apologetic and immediately canceled my booking and refunded full amount. She even stated during our conversation that she had another booking that she had to move to another location due to over booking and sadly had "nowhere else to stick me". Whatever that was supposed to mean. Despite her apology and quick refund, I still had a 4 day vacation ahead of me with nowhere to stay. I spent 4 days in Panama City couch surfing. Not the best start to what I thought was going to be a great vacation. Im curious to know what happened with the other booking that was set to arrive? Hmmm...
