Overlooks Baytowne Wharf with bay views! Tram to Beach Included. There is no better location in the Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin Resort! Escape to paradise in our Studio condo that overlooks the heart of the Baytowne Wharf. Observation Point South is perhaps the Resort's best kept secret! You will enjoy watching entertainment from the windows that overlook the Village and stage. The sparkling blue lagoon swimming pool and hot tub is a few steps away, or you can take the complimentary tram to the Resort's sugar white beach! There is also an outdoor fireplace near the swimming pool for late night relaxation.
The suite offers two queen beds, a mini-kitchen, and a full bathroom. The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time.

The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. Resort guests can access the beach on the boardwalk next to the Beach House restaurant. There is miniature golf in the Resort, and adults can enjoy golf on several different courses. Relax and enjoy yourself at our condo with convenience to the beach and the Baytowne Wharf – all in one location. There is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that has adjoining capability with this unit for a 3 bed, 3 bath option if needed. The listing ID is 3968751.

The room was perfect and convenient for my stay for a golf tournament. Very clean and comfy. Make sure you bring your own coffee or there is a cute market on the main floor. Loved watching sports on the large screen outside my window too!

There was no communication from the host about the elevator no working . We are an older couple and my husband had a knee replacement so bring all our belongings up and down 4 flights of stairs was horrible. The sink in the bathroom hardly drained and the floor was dirty so our feet was like walking on sand and black. I even tried to ask for some of the money back which the host was not willing to compinsate in any way.

Hey Reed, I see that you gave us a 1 star review for your stay, but you never messaged us about any problems except for getting into the main condo door. Unfortunately, that door is controlled by our hoa and we are given a code to the door. If it isn’t working at that moment, that is out of our control. We haven’t had anyone else, but you that has had trouble opening the door with that code. If you had any other issues, you didn’t make us aware of them. It’s hard to help or fix an issue if we don’t know about them. There was also another door on the other side that also uses the same code to get in.
