Everything from the check-in to the checkout was seamless and made my vacation. Stay even that much better. The house was supplied with everything you could possibly need including salt and pepper, Ziploc’s, a multitude of different types of tea and coffee, plenty of dishes and they even had tape. Which may seem trivial, but you never know when you might need it! The bathrooms supplied shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also Q-tips, mouthwash and bath bombs for the beautiful soaking bathtub.I’ve never stayed in a VRBO rental that provided so many extras. And I’ve stayed in many, with some being over 1000 a night. The beds were extremely comfortable and the view was stunning. I was visiting my sister and even though the weather was not great for us we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you so much for such a wonderful visit. I highly recommend!

The house is kept clean and beautiful. Great kitchen along with wine bar and fridge. Play room downstairs for the kids. Lots to explore around the lake. So fun that lots of deer live here and you can feed them. We stayed here while attending formula one and it was an easy drive to the track.

First time and hooked

Working with Mina was so easy throughout the entire process. The house was unbelievable. This was my first VRBO experience and I am hooked. Providing that rentals in the future can measure up. This beautiful house was the perfect landing for our family to gather and relax during our stay in Lake Travis. The house was tastefully and comfortably decorated with every detail perfectly curated to meet every need. Great thought was given to small details like coffee stations, a popcorn machine, and lots of conveniences in the kitchen. The bathrooms were stocked with essential toiletries as well as luxurious details like bath bombs. The lower level was set up for group entertainment, complete with a ping pong table, Nerf dart station, gaming gear, and a TV. Our hostess was super responsive whenever we reached out with questions. This was a great find!

This home is in a great neighborhood with a beautiful view of the Colorado river and wildlife all around. Accommodating are very well thought out and can please just about anyone. Very clean home, smelled amazing, plenty of linens that smelled clean and fresh and the beds were very comfy. The owners were very informative with all there was to offer. Absolutely no issues, over all great place to stay!

Great but for a couple of things

The kitchen is better equipped than most places we've stayed. There were extra essentials around in case you run out. The check in process was easy and directions were clear. The area is quiet and the view is lovely if a bit far from things to do outside of Lago Vista.Unfortunately, the electrical in the house looks sketch. There were bare wires wrapped in tape in the kitchen, fixtures opening to slivers of bare ceiling because the newer fixtures were more narrow than their predecessors, switches that were wired backwards (down is on, up is off), and switches that didn't seem to do anything at all. The switch plates were nearly all crooked. So if you like craftsmanship that looks like people cared, this is not the place for you. The master shower got hot on day 1, but not after. And if you stay in the master bedroom, bring eye masks. Because the outside security light shine without stopping all night, making the bedroom feel like daylight is streaming in. We highly recommend the owners switch to a motion sensor because those lights are brutal.The bathtub ammenities and the use of the water equipment was a neat bonus. The communication was quick with the owner and they were kind enough to not charge us for use of one of the rooms. They had mistakenly opened the wrong room for our teenage nephews (double bed instead of the 2 twin beds) and were helpful getting it sorted out. The back porch was probably our favorite place in the morning and evening.

I’d like to clarify a couple of points you mentioned in your review: Master Bathroom Hot Water: During your stay, we did not receive any reports of issues with the hot water. We’ve since checked the system again, and it’s functioning properly. We encourage guests to let us know of any concerns during their stay so we can address them right away. Electrical System: The home’s electrical system is new and up to current standards. All wall plates are brand new and properly installed. The only visible tape you may have seen is on a single under-cabinet light wire, which was added after the cabinetry was completed—this was a practical solution to add extra lighting. We've also added extension cords throughout the home to ensure guests have convenient access to power wherever they need it. Outdoor Lights: The exterior lights were turned on by your group, and during our visit, we showed you the switch to turn them off. We didn't hear from you again, so we were unaware that you were still having trouble turning them off.
