Daytona Beach Resort continues to undergo restoration and improvement projects following hurricane damage in 2022. Although many amenities are open and operational, some exterior areas and shared facilities remain under construction.



Seawall construction is ongoing and may result in:

• Temporary work areas or restricted access

• Visible construction materials and equipment

• Additional activity near the south side of the property

Construction schedules and activity levels vary, and some work may be visible or audible during your stay.
