Very available and thoughtful hosts. They were also thorough with directions and instructions. The unit is perfect and very well equipped. We especially loved the roomy bathroom.

Great value for our stay. We didn't mind that some of the amenities were not available for us and it served our needs very well. The only negative is that the pull out couch is not good for adults. The bar across the back was a killer!!!

It was great staying here loved every second of it and very cute little place and owners are very nice and very quick to respond,only compliant I have is the beds were very hard and I have back issues and had to sleep out on the pull out couch,other then that I will be back definitely great experience

Great Room

The room was clean and well stocked. Even though it didn’t face directly to the ocean it was high enough that you had a great view and could also see towards downtown which was nice. Only reason for the one star on the accuracy of the listing is that all of the amenities on the property are closed not just the pools. Overall it was a nice stay.

Great condo, NO AMENITIES.

The condo was very nice and in a great location. However the major bummer was that all the pools, restaurant, parking garage, and beach access were closed. The pools were the main reason we wanted to stay here, but the property has not even started on repairs from 2022 hurricane Ian. This wasn't clear when we booked. Would love to come back when this place is restored to the resort it once was.

Beautiful 1 bedroom unit as described

I gave 5 stars for everything but an overall rating of 4 stars due to the parking availability onsite and only 2 out of 5 working elevators during our 3 nights/4 days stay. The unit is absolutely beautiful and was fully stocked, with great WiFi as described and viewed in pictures by the owners. However, though the parking availability on site and off site was thoroughly explained, the really long walk to offsite parking wasn’t mentioned, just the location of it. Offsite parking directly across the street from resort filled up by 7pm every night it seemed, and the additional overflow offsite parking available seemed like it was almost a 0.50 miles away once parked so roundtrip walking to and from overflow parking felt like a solid 1.0 mile, maybe a tad bit less. Once we made it back to the resort after parking we had to wait 10 minutes a few times for an elevator. But as for the unit by itself it really was beautiful as described and if they could get the parking and/or elevator situation worked out I would absolutely stay here again with my family requesting the exact same unit too.

Vacance a daytona

Ce fût une trÚs belle semaine nous avons profité autant du condo que de la plage et de la ville de daytona et c'est activités nous etion en plein fin du bikeweek nous somme allé sur la rue ou ce déroulait la parade et les activité des BBQ immenses de la bouffe et des moto de toute les sorte c etais fantastique une super experience a vivre mecie la vie

Beau condo

Je comprends trĂšs bien que tout Ă©tait fermĂ© a cause de l’ouragan mais J’ai trouvĂ© malheureux qu’il n’y avait rien pour remplacer les activitĂ©s habituelles de l’hĂŽtel (piscines/plages/resto sur place/bar/arcades etc) offrez un rabais au moins et mettez a jour la description de l’hĂŽtel sinon c’est de la fausse reprĂ©sentation.

A short winter stay, but a comfortable condo with ocean view. Although we ate out, the kitchen was completely outfitted for cooking meals. Friendly staff, good restaurants close by. Bert supplied us with all the details for easy entrance to the unit. Definitely recommend!

Just what we were looking for!

My adult son and I went on a short trip to the Daytona Beach area. This unit was perfect for our stay! It was just off Daytona Beach which meant it was a bit less crowded. We were within walking distance to restaurants and shopping and minutes drive distance to all things Daytona Beach. From our balcony we were able to see both the beach and the main drag. The space was equipped with everything we needed including boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The space was clean and the resort was awesome with an arcade, two swimming pools, an outside bar, and access to a less occupied part of the beach. It was perfect! I would highly recommend this space.

Great place feels cozy and like home

Excellent stay. The property was in the process of doing updates so the parking garage was closed. The unit was great however the building had a few issues. Hopefully they get them resolved soon.

Le condo est super. Plein de stock pour la plage. Bref c'est parfait. C'est notre 10e fois au DBR et c'est la premiÚre fois que nous louons ce condo, et c'est le plus équipé de tous. Merci beaucoup et à l'an prochain!

Property owners were amazing and very helpful.

Great property and great location, great owners as well, but the hotel that is connected to condo not so great! The hotel staff front desk were horrible and rude. Thankfully I was able to contact the condo owner even though it was midnight and they were very helpful and got us checked in.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

We absolutely loved this property. They had everything we needed and then some. The bathroom was fully equipped with hair products and pretty much anything you would need as well as the entire home. The only thing we had to buy were groceries. Super easy beach access with plenty of amenities. We didn't have to leave the condo 1 time and you can walk to the grocery. Plus the owners were fabulous and stayed in constant communication with us. I highly recommend and would definitely come back in the future.

We have stayed at Daytona Beach Resort many times, this unit was one of the nicest we’ve ever had. Room was clean and well furnished, tv’s were excellent. Would definitely recommend unit 1102.

Fantastic family fun!

Enjoyed our stay! Property was family oriented and clean. Pools were clean. Our room was exactly as described. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice extras included in the room in case we forgot anything. Overall, relaxing, fun, and enjoyable.

BEST.EVER.

This unit was AWESOME. It’s just what a small family or a few friends need. The beds and the sofa were so comfortable. The unit had anything and everything you could possibly need. Because we traveled 16 hours (road delay and accidents) with 3 adults and 3 kids, we didn’t have room for beach chairs and toys. That’s ok though, because those items were in the nit for us to use. There was also laundry pods and other things that we forgot to buy when we went to the grocery. The owners were very nice to talk to and prompt when we had a question. They even followed up with us later. The location is spot on. The beach is literally right outside the condo. There wasn’t a crowd and no trash on the beach. Food in the area was outstanding. My only complaint is that I didn’t stay longer. Thumbs up.
