We loved this house! It has covered seating on the lanai, so you have shade. The view was of the mainland and the water between, there is no beach, but that was fine with us. It was beautiful. We drove or rode bikes to the beach a few times. The house was comfortable and the managers were very helpful. We hope to stay there again next year. One note, in case anyone has mobility issues, there are 3 bathrooms. One has a standard tub, the other 2 have showers but there is a significant wall to step over to get into the showers. It was fine for us but if we’d had my dad, it would have been difficult for him.

Wonderful stay, beautiful view, house was very clean, and well organized. Had all the amenities, plus fishing poles to use. We did purchase 3 pool floats as the ones provided were ripped or damaged. The bedrooms were all very comfortable! House is close to everything. We had problems with the fire alarms, which was addressed and fixed immediately. Loved watching the boats go by and the dolphins playing every day.We rented again next year for 2 wks.

Love the waterfront & bay view!

We had a very nice stay at this property and Harborview Rentals management company were great to work with. However, there were some surprises...Master shower and 1 guest bath shower have very narrow and deep ceramic tile steps down-we rehab homes and have never seen that before/feels unsafe, and very little space to squeeze through when getting into the showers. Bath towels stained and very old, seams unraveling, hand soaps discolored, zero dishwashing soap and laundry detergent upon arrival, cooking utensils had grease on them, numerous light bulbs out and no spares. Outside of front and rear patio doors were caked with dead bugs.

The view from the lanai/pool area is wonderful and we had relaxing afternoons by the pool. Lots of dolphin sights as well. The house is quite comfortable and we had everything that we needed. The house was very clean when we arrived and everything was in great condition. If I had to offer a suggestion we would have appreciated some guidance on the TV setup and the channels and how to access the cable set up and what channels are available. We are not exactly rocket scientists when it comes to that and we thought that there was no cable for a few days.Also, a guide to the pool temps and set up would have helped. Other than those 2 items the stay was great!
