This was a great place to stay for 5 adults and one dog! The fenced in yard and screened in porch provided lots of great outside time. The house is very well appointed and had everything we needed. It's also very conveniently located and walking to the beach and into Dewey was very easy.

Love this place!! Great location, clean, comfortable, and within walking distance to the beach. We really enjoyed relaxing on the screened in front porch after a long day at the beach and boardwalk. Great communication with owners.Would definitely recommend!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Commute! We walked in to a perfectly clean, very charming home with everything we needed for our family. There were toys, dishes, puzzles and games for our granddaughter and the perfect bedroom for her. There were dog beds and bowls and toys for our dog! All the appliances in the house were new (or seemed new) and high-end. The yard had lovely landscaping with pretty flowering plants. We loved sitting on the screened in porch, enjoying a drink together in n the evenings. There was a notebook with lots of ideas for restaurants, groceries and entertainment. It was very easy to reach the owner. We were very pleased with our stay at this pretty house!

Excellent family-friendly house that was just as described!

This was our first beach trip with our 5yo and 2yo, and this house made it so easy! It had everything you would need for little ones. The other family that stayed with us (with a 6yo plus their dog) enjoyed how it was pet friendly and spacious. We loved the screened in porch and being able to walk to the beach. Everything was as described and there were no surprises, other than the amazing amount of kids books, games, and things to keep young kids entertained. We didn’t even get to half of it. Great closet space in all the bedrooms and updated bathrooms. The host was also very responsive and helpful! A perfect rating- we would definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely phenomenal beach home!! Beautifully renovated and lovingly designed, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Emily is a wonderful host and we highly recommend her welcoming beach house! Gorgeous gardening and fenced in yard! So easy to walk to the beach and to Main Street in Dewey. We can’t wait to come back!!

Great place if you have a small active child because we lived on the large screened porch but could easily keep an eye on things from the kitchen.
