Que le compte à rebours pour la plage commence! Le grand porche enveloppant sur cette beauté bleue permet des vues spectaculaires sur le lever et le coucher du soleil. Située au bord de l'eau à Pot-Nets Bayside, cette maison comprend 4 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bain, un grand salon ouvert qui combine la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon pour les grands rassemblements. Faites une promenade de 5 minutes le long de la promenade de la marina pour vous rendre au très populaire Paradise Grill, plage privée, jetées de pêche et de crabe. Piscines, tennis, terrain de baseball et terrains de jeux sont sur place. Les bordereaux de bateau sont disponibles à la location à 40 $ par jour. Une voiture de golf est incluse avec cette propriété sans frais supplémentaires. Les enfants sont les bienvenus et les animaux de compagnie aussi! Excellent emplacement pour le kayak et les planches à pagaie debout! Il est à une courte distance en voiture du parcours de golf de renommée mondiale de Baywood Greens (10 minutes), des centres de vente en franchise d'impôt de Tanger (20 minutes) et des quartiers pittoresques du centre-ville de Rehoboth Beach et Lewes (30 minutes).

Nous avons un séjour minimum de 7 nuits pendant notre saison estivale. L'enregistrement s'effectue à 16 h le dimanche et le départ à 10 h le dimanche. Nous avons des séjours minimum de 2 nuits à tous les autres moments de l'année.

Wonderful House with a View

The house was spacious and well decorated. It is ideal for a large family with children. Location is outstanding with a wonderful view of Rehoboth Bay - sunrise is amazing!

Fall getaway

We had Thanksgiving holiday here for a beautiful fall getaway. We walked by the water, played at the playground and had a gorgeous sunny dinner on the porch. Property manager was helpful, responsive and accommodating! Property was clean and modern in design. Very spacious and the best location in the neighborhood.

So close to Paradise, yet off the main road enough to not have traffic bother us while we enjoyed the spacious deck. The rooms were perfect size for all the guests and the kitchen space was amazing! Wonderful Location for a Welcoming House

The view of the bay from the house is amazing - especially to watch the sunrise. The house has a bedroom with an en--suite which works well for families. The kitchen is well equipped and the open floor plan in the living area makes it great for large groups. There is plenty of seating. Traffic and parking aren't issues in the winter. I would imagine they would be more of a challenge in full season but the location and the ability to boat / swim / crab right there would make up for it.

The kitchen was very large and bright. The lighting in the living and dining areas was very low. The carpets were not very clean, especially the one in the living area, very dirty. Would have been nice to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms for circulation.

I loved the fact that it was an end unit with the over flow parking across the street. In the same parking lot sits the entrance to the private beach parking lot AND the roadway into paradise grill. The private beach is adorable with picnic tables and space for you to set up a chair. They have nice clean bathrooms that are easily accessible.With 10 girls, this unit made it feel like there were less people than there really were! It is EXTREMELY spacious. It had perfect views of the Marina, Bay, and Paradise Grill! 10/10 experience - We all wish we could have stayed longer.

The house was big, beautiful and came with a golf cart that was not only fun, but a great way to get around. Great Waterfront View, but.....

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautiful, but when we first arrived we took our shoes off and put them by the door. We went into our rooms to unpack and our feet were black on the bottom and sand everywhere on the floors. In addition, we found a frog in the bathroom, and the master bath smelled musty (so I opened the window which helped). Also, the water in the shower did not go down the drain. I think if the property was cleaned more I would change my opinion on this property. **NOTE: We did go to the office and complain about the bathroom and a plumber came out that day.

First off, we had never gone to Pot Nets/Paradise grill by car — always by boat. Staying here certainly made us even more aware of all this offers to the vacationer... unless you want to explore outside the park, you never have to leave... beautiful pools, decent beach areas, kids playgrounds, food, drinks and live entertainment. The house itself was all that and more- we couldn’t have been more comfortable and management promptly responded to any inquiries we had. Oh ... not to forget the golf cart that comes with the rental —- always a fun way to get around the park.

Fantastic Wedding Weekend

We live locally, but rented 5 of these homes to receive out-of-town family and friends, at a location just minutes away from Baywood. Everyone loved walking or taking the golf car to Paradise Grill. The houses were super clean, easy check-in & check-out process. Plenty of places to sit, enjoy each other & look at great scenery. We didn't turn on the TV once. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, when we didn't eat at restaurants. Highly recommend!

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful property.. lovely decor.. spacious.. comfortable.Third year for family summer vacation.Suggestions: check to be sure all appliances etc are in working order.. ice maker did not work, freezer not clean, golf cart broke down. In pet friendly homes, cleaning of couches etc would be appreciated. Pet hair was on couches, chairs, under chairs, on floors. We did multiple brushing and sweeping. Debbie addressed issues. She is wonderful and efficient. Some fixed, but not all. We did not report pet hair until end of our stay. We will return , probably to no pets homes.

The house accommodated 10 people but offers a stretch golf cart that accommodated 6 making going anywhere a 2 trips. The steering on the cart was an understatement to say it was extremely stiff. Reported it (no action). Ice maker made no ice ( reported it , no action). Towel rack fell off the wall when placing a towel before a shower (reported, no action).would have like to see more people accommodated using the side deck which had nothing but space.

good time just a few issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Issues with 2 rooms having no hot water and golf cart had a note saying do not use. Called Debbie and she got answers for us right away. old note on golf cart and plumber came and fixed the issue. Friday night there was a shooting at the enterance going back to Paradise Grill around 1030. We were in bed the shots woke up my 8 year old grand daughter and she was scared rest of night. our rental was at the corner where this took place. a cop parked in our driveway and we had the flashing lights of his car and the others til 230 am shining in the bedroom window. Plus there were out front our window checking for any bullet holes. Very scary but thank god no one was hurt. It would be nice to get some kind of discount for next year. but we all had a great time Defnitely going again next year it is a very nice place
