Profitez de l'incroyable Marina Vues de cette maison! Situé sur le front de mer au Pot-Nets Bayside, ce spectaculaire Accueil dispose de 3 chambres, 3 bains, une véranda extérieure donnant sur la marina et des espaces de vie ouverts qui combinent la cuisine, salle et Salons. Promenez-vous 5 minutes le long de la Marina Boardwalk se rendre à la très populaire Paradise Grill. Piscines, plage, tennis et terrains de jeux sont sur place. Les bordereaux de bateau sont disponibles à la location à 50 $ par jour. Une voiture de golf est inclus avec cette propriété, sans frais supplémentaires. Les enfants et les animaux de compagnie sont les bienvenus. Très bien situé pour faire du kayak et Stand Up Paddleboards! Il est à quelques minutes à World Famous Baywood Greens Golf Course (10 minutes), Tanger Outlet Centers-__gVirt_NP_NN_NNPS<__ libre d'impôt (20 minutes), et les centres-villes pittoresques de Rehoboth Beach et Lewes (30 minutes).

Nous avons un séjour de 7 nuits minimum pendant notre saison d'été. Check-in à 16 heures le dimanche, et check-out est à 10h le dimanche. Nous avons de 2 nuits minimum, à tous les autres moments de l'année.

In town to visit family for the holidays. The house was beautiful and super clean! Perfect for our needs. Communication with rental company was fantastic and seam less. Highly recommend for location and space! We had a small snowfall that added to the beauty of the views!

Gorgeous house, decent location

The house was everything we thought it would be. We absolutely loved it and it was very clean. The community was just ok. We found that there wasn’t much to do with the kids. The pool was nice but it closed at 6. We often weren’t home until 5. and the golf cart was a hit for sure. The “beach” wasn’t nice enough to swim in and the restaurant was really loud with bad music. If I didn’t have the kids with me I’d have been fine. The beaches were really far with traffic in consideration.

Beautiful homes with great views

We had a great stay at Summer Breeze! House is pretty, decorated in bright and stylish way. Three nice size bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious and comfy. The porch is amazing with great views and fun to listen to the bands playing at Paradise Grill. The golf cart was a great addition to this house. The house was well stocked with dishes and pans. Linens provided was a huge help. There were even hangers in the closets (that are huge) and dish soap and laundry soap. The beach at Pot-Nets was very pleasant. Wish we had a boat! Great stay! The location of Pot-Nets is about a 40 minute to Reheboth but there are some cute restaurants and grocery stores about 10 minute drive.

Reviewer Comments: Rented for a week starting Sunday 9-1- of labor day weekend to following Saturday 9-7- The house was clean, perfect location across from dock, Paradise Grill, Beach tiki bar, Pool was very hard to locate didn't have a map of the property we had NO idea how to get to the pool. which to find out that it would only be open on Monday , the rest of the week the all 5 pools that are located on this property were closed, due to no lifeguards, no one told this to us when we rented , also, fail to tell us the ONLY restaurant on the premise would be closing Tuesday and Wednesday of the week again no notice , no signs. Which not knowing the area we didn't find anything that was at all good or close by. We had to drive 40 miles away to find any type of decent restaurant. With regards to the house, was the Water and AC, The water had bubbles in it. brushing your teeth, making coffee or, ice you need to use bottle water., it was really horrible.something is wrong with the water filter in this home- it really tasted horrible. The AC was working but, for some reason , shut down during the nite and it's became very uncomfortable to sleep, The duct where the AC came out of was very weak.- not sure why the until shut down during the nite. couldn't adjust the thermostat on the wall, to run during the nite. bottom line, spend 4K , NO POOL, NO RESTAURANT, for two days WATER THAT WAS HORRIBLE. AC WORKING POORLY

Our friends Joe & Marybeth Torchia have a place in the Bayside community. We spent the week doing things with them. Anyone like to king for a family focused vacation should consider Pot-Nets without hesitation. We finished our stay looking at properties. We plan to invest in a Pot-Nets property.

Fantastic Wedding Weekend

We live locally, but rented 5 of these homes to receive out-of-town family and friends, at a location just minutes away from Baywood. Everyone loved walking or taking the golf car to Paradise Grill. The houses were super clean, easy check-in & check-out process. Plenty of places to sit, enjoy each other & look at great scenery. We didn't turn on the TV once. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, when we didn't eat at restaurants. Highly recommend!

The house is pet friendly so my biggest concern was cleanliness. Happy to report my allergies didn't act up at all! No signs of animal smells anywhere. Large kitchen and living room as well as a large master bathroom. Large roofed deck to sit and listen to Paradise Grills entertainment. Kids loved the golf cart, pools and beach. Service was responsive. May be pricey for some but if not well worth the money&#x1f60a;
