Terrific resort and great location

Our family loved our stay at The Pointe. The pool is unbelievable and the beach is close and many restaurants in walking distance.

Pros: 1. Very clean 2. Finishes look newer and are very nice. 3. Communication was excellent. 4. Close to Rosemary beach, (but not on a beach and it was tough accessing a public one due to lack of parking. Yes you can take the included bikes, and try to take your chairs, umbrella and cooler, not.) 5. Large pool area 6. Fitness center (a bit small and mid level equipment) Cons: 1. living area is very small, doesn’t sit 4 adults to watch tv comfortably (needs another chair and an ottoman to put feet somewhere). 2. The couch is very uncomfortable. 3.Views in this condo are terrible! On the 1st floor and the parking lot is 3 feet from the bedroom windows! Absolutely no view and had to keep blinds closed the whole time for privacy. 4. No Keurig (really?!) or teapot. Very limited supplies in the kitchen in general 5. No extra blankets! 6. Very bland generic decor, felt like a mid level hotel 7. Water pressure is nonexistent 8. Beds are firm ( I know some will find that a pro!) 9. Location - restaurant directly next to unit made for lots of traffic. 10. Outside of the building is run down looking. So would I book this again? No. It’s saving grace was that it was clean and that the management communicated with us well.

Great Location

Wonderful location very central to everything. The condo was clean and what we expected. The pool was very nice and not crowded. Would book again.
