A charming vacation home in north Naples Park with a heated, salt-water pool, perfect for families, couples, friends, or business trips. Within a short bike ride, the stunning Vanderbilt Beach awaits, while the vibrant Mercato offers a plethora of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. As soon as you walk through the door of this beautiful home, it is time to switch to vacation mode. There is a calm, relaxing feel throughout. The layout is open-plan and flows from the living area, through to the kitchen and dining area, and directly out to the screened outside area and finally the tropical yard and the heated pool.

The outside patio and pool area is completely screened and is perfect for outside dining. The outdoor chefs amongst you will love the gas BBQ/grill. The salt water pool is heated and has a shallow lounging area, which is great for the smaller guests (under supervision!). Spend your time floating under the sunshine, or relaxing on the loungers, when you are not exploring the beaches and local area.

We want you to feel completely at home, and have provided everything you need for your vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a breakfast bar, all major appliances and many smaller ones too.

The spacious open plan living area is comfortable and sociable, and the includes a queen size sofa bed and a TV with comprehensive DirecTV cable package. There are board games and children’s toys for family time.

The master bedroom is situated at the back of the house and has a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and private bathroom with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with ample closet space and is located at the front of the house. The third bedroom has two twin beds and we also have a Pack ‘n Play for the very young guests! These bedroom share the guest bathroom, which has a tub/shower combination and a large vanity with seating.

All bedrooms (except the twin room) have TVs with cable access. The beds all have protective mattress covers, and new linen, pillows, duvets and covers.

Please feel free to use the garage, and this is where you’ll find the washer and dryer for your laundry needs.

And for those Florida beach days, we have 3 adult bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a cooler, beach towels, a beach trolley, and beach toys for the younger guests.

The home has keyless entry, via a digital keypad - you will be provided with a code.
The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.

There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $100 and there is a Pet Addendum we require completing and signing.

We can also provide a weekly cleaning service for an additional charge.

Guests will have access to the entire home.

We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owners and are available by phone or text anytime during your stay. There will be a comprehensive house manual at the property and we will also send you a version of the house rules/manual, a few days prior to your arrival, along with check in details and directions.

We are located in the north part of the quiet, residential neighborhood of Naples Park, within walking or biking distance to one of the best beaches in Naples, Vanderbilt Beach. We are approximately 1.5 miles from the main Vanderbilt Beach access (less than 10 minutes by bike), and 2 miles to the beautiful Delanor-Wiggins State Park (a 10 minute bike ride). We are a 5-minute drive from Mercato, home to Whole Foods Market, Nordstrom Rack and Silverspot Cinema, a 12-screen premier-style theater. You will also find notable restaurants and retailers, including Blue Martini, Bravo Cucina Italiana, The Capital Grille, Charming Charlie, Chipotle, Cyclebar, Nordstrom Rack, Pandora, Rocco’s Tacos, Tommy Bahama, Ulta, Whole Foods, and Z Gallerie. There is also a vibrant year-round event calendar with most events free and open to the public.

5 minutes away is Gulf Shore Drive, home to some fabulous, high-end, beachside dining and hotels – The Turtle Club, Baleen, and the Ritz Carlton, to name a few.

Grocery stores, including Trader Joes, Publix and Wholefoods, are close by. The Waterside luxury shopping area is around an 10-minute drive, The Village Shops on Venetian Bay is a 15 minute drive, and you can be in 5th Avenue, Downtown Naples, the stunning botanical gardens, and Naples Zoo in 20 minutes.

We are 30 minutes from Southwest Florida Int’l Airport in Ft. Myers and 15 minutes from Naples Airport (10 miles)

Naples Park is a great area to bike around, especially if you are heading for the beach. We have 3 adult bikes, which you are welcome to use (we just ask that you lock them with the locks provided when parking them).


If you’re driving, there’s a drop-off point where you can unload your beach chairs and gear on the circle before parking. Vanderbilt Beach has parking for 375 cars, and you will have to pay the parking fee for the whole day. It is best to arrive early during busy periods, as they close the gates once full. The metered parking spaces use credit-card-friendly pay stations. The parking garage is just west of The Ritz hotel entrance.

There is very easy driving access to both US41 and I75 for RSW airport, Fort Myers and Sanibel to the north and Old Naples and Marco Island to the south.

There is also good UBER and LYFT services for those nights out, or if you are without a car.

No pets without prior permission. We will consider hosting the furry member of your family (dogs only - no cats), but need to know a little about them first, so please inquire before booking. There is a weight limit of 35 lbs and we will not accept any dangerous breeds. There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $100.

This is someone's home in a quiet neighbourhood, please respect the neighbours and their children by quieting music and outdoor conversation before 8 am and after 10pm

No smoking in the house or the lanai. Violation of this rule will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee

Upon arrival: Our goal is that you have an excellent stay and we strive to provide the house in top condition for you. Please notify the property manager within 2 hours of arrival if anything appears damaged, needs repair, or cleaning. We will assume that everything is in good condition if we do not hear from you.

We understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable.

Please read through the house manual provided online and in the property, to familiarise yourself with the house and our expectations of guests.

Pool: Please note that there is no pool barrier, so children of all ages must be supervised at all times. You (occupant) agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the swimming pool and of the swimming pool’s existence on the property and will not hold the owner or property managers liable.

Only sandy toes inside the house! Please leave shoes by the door.
