Welcome to this tiny home located in Sailfish RV Resort. The newest luxury RV Resort in Port Aransas. This in town community is located right next to the ship channel and has endless things to experience. The fishing is amazing off the Charlies Pasture 24-hour pier, walk or bike through the trails or take a golf cart ride through town. The park has an oversized heated community pool, kids splash pad, dog park, hammock park, laundry facility and birding pond. Next to the tiny home is a private 15 x12 foot palapa with an outdoor kitchen. The kitchen is complete with a nice gas grill, granite counter tops, a mini fridge, fire pit, lights and a fan. The house has a King size bed down stairs and a Full size bed upstairs in the loft. There are full size appliances and an amazing shower in the bathroom.

Came down to Port A for two nights and stayed at the tequila sunrise home! It was perfect for us! We were able to walk almost everywhere besides the quick drive to the beach. Fishing areas were great. The house was so cute and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

This was the best fishing get away for me, Tiny home was so peacefully welcoming. Close to all great fishing boats, jetties, surf fishing. RV park had a great feeling, great pool and such clean sites.. I will definitely be staying here many more times.. Best stay ever!!!Danny Collazo

Great location in Port Aransas

Loved the place and wish we would have stayed longer. The only improvements would be more blinds on the upper windows and 1 or 2 more cooking pans.

It was a very clean & welcoming tiny house. Never ran out of hot water & the a/c kept us all cool. The pool was wonderful after a day of shopping & beach visits. Will definitely book a second stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very peaceful stay in a lovely cottage. Having our own dedicated grill (that worked perfectly with no drama) encouraged us to cook in five of the eight nights we were there. While Tortugas is our restaurant of choice all of our meals began at Paul's for fresh seafood. We had a blast cooking up interesting combinations over the grill and enjoying much wine along the way. It was what we were looking for and the experience was without flaw. Good stuff!

Fun stay at a tiny house

The tiny home was a fun experience. More space than anticipated. The layout was great. Not posh, but very comfortable. Near the beach, nature preserve with walking trails and the ferry. Some instructions on how to work the thermostat, check in and out procedures and fun things to do nearby would have been helpful.

Cute and Quiet

Beautiful and great price. The place was clean and welcoming. The only downfall is thw bathroom. The shower doesnt have a door so the water gets everywhere and the water pressure was so bad. It was so difficult to shower. We had to wash our hair outside in the hose. Other than that. We enjoyed our stay.

Poor maintenance

Shower head clogged up so we called thinking someone would come fix this simple problem but it just couldn’t be done so no shower for the 2 days we stayed and also no propane for the grill. You’d think for the money that you spend to stay for 2 days these things would checked and ready for the next person but nope I quess there it don’t work like that so we won’t be going back or recommending it to anyone.

The heat didn’t work and it was so cold we had to go out and buy our own heater. Finally the next afternoon a repairman came and it worked off and on but not consistently.
