If you are looking for the perfect, private location on Keuka Lake with one of the best views, you have found it at Moonshine Cottage! This cottage is located on the West side of the Lake near Hammondsport surrounded by beautiful vineyards and many places to shops and dine.

The 116 Feet of lakefront is a private and breath-taking place where you will want to spend most of your time! There are steps to the beach to launch the Kayaks from. The dock is nice and spacious for everyone to enjoy. The drop from the front of the dock is approximately 15-20 feet depending on the water level. There is a ladder for easy access to the lake and a sitting shelf on the dock. Off the beach there is a gradual entrance into the lake with a sharp drop at a certain point, you can wade in the shallow water, but I would suggest bringing safety vest or floaties for your children. Bring your fishing poles, you can fish off the dock, off the beach, or take the kayak out and enjoy the scenery. Relax in the Adirondack chairs and tell stories around a campfire. Watch for shooting stars under the clear night sky. Just minutes from local restaurants, wineries, and shops, yet set in a location where you can feel the privacy you need to enjoy your vacation. A warm and inviting space greets you as you enter the foyer and home into the living room. The kitchen is a Knotty pine with a sliding glass door to the deck. You can enjoy the beautiful views from the picnic table just outside the sliding glass doors with your family and friends or have your morning coffee/tea at the bistro table on the deck. The kitchen also has a beautiful view of the creek located on back side of the house. When it rains, it is so relaxing to hear the water rushing. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen utensils for easy cooking. The kitchen leads to the living room and dining room, with a farm style table to accommodate all the family gathered and to enjoy the view of the lake as you eat or play games. The living room has a Smart 65” TV. There is also a bluetooth record player and several albums to choose from or hook-up your own playlist to.

Floor 1 – Bedroom #1 with one Queen bed, closet, and blackout shades.
Bedroom #2 with one Queen bed and two twin bunk beds, closet, and blackout shades. These two bedrooms share the downstairs’ newly renovated bathroom and shower.

Floor 2 – Bedroom #3 with one King Bed, dresser, a great view of the lake.
Bedroom #4 has a Queen bed and a 55” TV. This room has shelves for storage and a door with an outdoor staircase as an emergency exit. These two rooms share a newly renovated bathroom and shower.

Owner managed. (All linens including bedspreads, duvets, towels, sheets, beach towels etc. are removed and replaced between each guest.) ALL PILLOWS AND MATTRESSES ARE INCASED.

Moonshine Cottage is a smoke-free and pet-free home.

We rent full weeks on a Saturday-to-Saturday schedule during the summer months, which run from the last week of June through Labor Day. Our cottage is equipped with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and hand soap. Security cameras of the grounds are in use, they are in the front and back of the house.

We primarily use this home for our family during the year. However, we are happy to share it with you and your family to make beautiful memories. We hope you enjoying your stay.
