The property was just as the pictures show it to be, the sunsets on the balcony were beautiful. We enjoyed the pool one afternoon during our visit. The 2 horses and cat were great to be around. Frank was a great host and had some great suggestions for places to go see and to eat at in the surrounding area. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely go back again.

Ark Encounter / Bourbon Trail

I'm so glad we had the opportunity to experience this beautiful horse farm. Frank is such a wonderful host, and the property is beyond gorgeous. Can't wait to visit Springhaven again!

Relaxing Girls Weekend

What a beautiful and peaceful getaway! Wanted a charming and relaxing trip for my bride-to-be friend and it was everything we hoped for! Frank is a kind and gracious host. Would definitely recommend this place for a stay in the Lexington area!

Quaint house in rolling hills

Great horse property with peace and quiet. Loved the house layout and not too far to get to town or nearest bigger city, Georgetown. Host was great and everything was as described.

An exceptional place to stay in the country

We arrived during a driving rain storm. Frank, our host, not only checked on us en route for our safety, but made dinner reservations for us and visited with us throughout our stay making sure we had everything we needed. We were able to visit with his two beautiful horses on the property. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the horse farm. Frank was a great host and made us more than welcome. The house was beautiful and immaculate. The pool was a welcome respite after some very hot days. Would we go back? Yes, in a heartbeat.

Wonderful and beautiful

Had an amazing time at the horse farm. Frank was the kindest host who went above and beyond. We had two children with us and they loved being able to pet and brush the horses and watch them run around. We loved having the pool and fire pit.

We had a great vacation! The horses were the highlight. My daughters went out every morning bright and early to greet and help groom them. Pete the horse was our favorite, such a sweetheart and he loved the kids. The house was immaculate, beautiful and well stocked with all of the essentials. Location was close enough to Lexington (15 minutes), but far enough to feel like a retreat. We took many scenic drives through horse country. Sunsets from the balcony were incredible. Frank was very helpful and communication was prompt. I’m so glad we booked this VRBO and we will book again if we are in the area.

Quiet private comfortable home near horses!

We loved our stay with Frank. He met us at check in and even helped carry our luggage up the stairs!! He graciously introduced us to his beautiful Saddlebred gelding and the warmblood on the property, talked about his plans for improvement and recommended excellent places to eat. We will definitely be back to stay when we are in the area! Thank you Frank!!

A gem for horse lovers

Three of us stayed a weekend in April. The surrounding countryside is just beautiful and our stay was peaceful and comfortable. Frank was just the nicest host and made sure everything was ok for us & even gave local restaurant recommendations. He was kind enough to chat with our mom about all things horses. The two horses (soon 3) on the property were so sweet and made the experience even better!

A Picturesque Stay

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property! Frank was an exceptional host—very communicative and always available to answer any questions we had. The property itself was stunning and perfectly picturesque, with a charming equestrian theme that really added to the ambiance. One of our favorite highlights was seeing the gorgeous horses on the farm; they truly enhanced the overall experience. The surroundings were peaceful, making it a perfect getaway. Beautiful Respite in Horse Country!

What a pleasure it was to stay at Springhaven Farm! Frank is such a kind and generous host who will make sure that your visit is peaceful and comfortable. He also shares his wonderful horses and beautiful grounds with you and has a wealth of local and horse information. The house is beautifully decorated, super comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen - everything you need to feel right at home.My daughter and I stayed here while showing our horses at the Kentucky Horse Park. The area is beautiful and it's a true delight to come back to the farm and relax. There is even a brand new pool to cool off in after a fun day exploring! We will definitely be back. Thank you Frank for a most memorable and relaxing stay!
