This Berkeley Springs cabin is perfect for a couple's getaway or a solo retreat. This well-equipped getaway offers an ideal location for peaceful rest or as a homebase for outdoor adventures. Ready to play pickleball? The court is ready for you, directly in front of the cabin. Enjoy the special views of the wooded property and Sleepy Creek Nature Preserve. Enjoy excursions to Cacapon State Park or downtown Berkeley Springs and then unwind with a barbeque, reading a book by the propane fireplace or gather at the firepit beneath the stars. An ourdoor table awaits your dining creations, and a roomy queen bedroom gives you nightly respite. Bringing some friends along? A pullout sofa bed is in the main area. Truly, the best spot may be drawing a chair up to the window and pondering the world.

This cabin is situated on 35 acres of West Virginia heaven. It is approximately a 1/2 mile walk (drive) to the creek. Be aware that there are stairs to this upper level living. The entire lower level is the owner's personal garage and is not occupied. This cabin/barn is up and away from the other 3 cabins that are available on this 35 acre property.

INDOOR LIVING: 2 Flat screen tv's, living area and bedroom, high ceilings, ceiling fans, en-suite bathroom
KITCHEN: Full kitchen with coffee maker, dishware and flatware, refrigerator, microwave
GENERAL: Free WiFi, air-conditioning, cable/satellite, complimentary toiletries, suitable for children
ADDTIONAL ACCOMMODATIONS: 3 additional properties are available on-site, each with separate nightly rates, a 1 bedroom for 2 guests, a studio for 2 guests and a 3 bedroom for 8 guests. If you would like to reserve multiple units, please inquire for more information prior ti booking.

NOTE: Owners live on an adjacent property approximately 1/2 mile away and their property is not visible from this property.

The cottage was even more beautiful and peaceful than we anticipated, and Bill and Patricia are gracious hosts. We also loved watching the herd of deer that passed by the large windows just about every morning and evening. We hope to return!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay in this comfortable and cozy, yet very spacious home. Everything we needed was provided and the views from the large windows were awesome. We enjoyed seeing the deer that came into the yard each evening as we sat by the fireplace. Location provided easy access to the many places we visited in and around town, as well as the scenic parks. We are not hikers but took advantage of the beautiful sights easily accessible by car. Communication with Bill and Pat was prompt. Can’t think of any negative here.

This is a very relaxing property. Every day animal watching from inside via huge windows. Outdoor firepit. Host and hostess super helpful and easily contacted. Elegantly decorated. Nothing I needed that wasn't already there in kitchen.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights and it was perfect! It is a beautiful cabin, quiet and secluded, and plenty of wildlife! The place is close to numerous places to eat and things to do which includes shopping, hiking, parks, history, and scenic views. The hosts, Bill and Pat, are very accommodating and easy to get in touch with for any concerns. They are very nice and super informative. We will definitely be back!!!!!!

Lovely cabin with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The interior was spotless and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed watching the deer graze in the back yard and stargazing at night. The hosts were easily accessible by phone or text and very pleasant to work with. We drove to several overlooks to enjoy the mountain and river views. We also walked around the Springs and bath houses down town. There is a great antique store across from the museum that we enjoyed perusing. We ate breakfast at the cabin but enjoyed two excellent dinners at The Family Fork restaurant. On the way home, we stopped at the Fairfax Coffee House for a breakfast sandwich and quiche. Yum! Overall our visit was very enjoyable. Our thanks to the hosts for sharing such a wonderful place to stay. It made our visit to West Virginia extra special!

The photos are lovely, but the experience of being there is so much more. We loved it! It was so peaceful and lovely. We watched deer families every night and saw a fox as well. So wonderful to see them enjoy the woods with no fear. There was easy access to town and Cacapon. The area has plenty of opportunities. We met our hostess, Patricia,and found her to be a lovely and helpful lady. What an enjoyable stay.
