Welcome to your home-away-from-home in the gated community of Tuscan Hills. Our villa is the perfect place for your family to relax and recharge after days at the theme parks. We are 15 minutes to Disney, 25 minutes to SeaWorld, 30 minutes to Universal Studios, and close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
Our home is designed with real families in mind, offering plenty of room to spread out, unwind, and enjoy your stay.
Spacious and Comfortable
The villa features five bedrooms and three full bathrooms plus one half bath, including two master suites. One master suite is conveniently located on the first floor. All bedrooms have Smart TVs, and there is strong Free WiFi throughout the home.
The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas allow everyone to be together. Brand-new carpet in the bedrooms and updated granite countertops with new sinks in the kitchen and bathrooms give the home a fresh, clean feel. The décor is a mix of subtle Disney touches and tropical warmth—fun for kids, relaxing and tasteful for adults.
Private Screened-In Pool and Spa
The screened-in private pool and spa are guest favorites, with a spacious deck and plenty of seating. There is also a safety fence around the pool for added peace of mind. Pool and spa heat are available upon request. Pool heat: $40/day • Spa heat: $20/day • Both: $50/day
Fully Equipped Kitchen and Dining Space
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need during your stay. The dining table seats five in chairs and includes a bench that fits two adults or three children. There are four additional stools at the breakfast bar. The layout makes it easy to enjoy family meals or grab breakfast before heading out for the day. Start your mornings with our Mickey waffle iron — a little Disney magic before you even leave the house. Keep your eyes peeled for Mickey touches in the kitchen- from coffee cups to measuring spoons- there's glimmers of magic.
Living Room Designed for Relaxation
The living room includes new, comfortable sofas, a large smart TV, family games, and a small sharing library. It’s an ideal space to unwind after busy park days.

Margaritaville’s Sunset Walk is only six miles away. This popular destination offers a variety of attractions, including restaurants, festivals, car shows, live entertainment, a movie theater, bars, an arcade, a slingshot ride, virtual Top Golf, Island H2O Water Park, candy shops, Stone Cold Ice Cream, Korean Hot Pot, and more. It’s a perfect spot for families or anyone looking for a fun evening out close to the villa.
A popular tournament location, Northeast Regional Park is just one mile away and features multi-purpose turf fields, four baseball/softball fields, a playground, tennis and racquetball courts, basketball courts, picnic shelters, an exercise trail, a boat launch, and fishing areas. Parking
Driveway parking is available for two vehicles. Additional parking is available at the nearby clubhouse upon request.
