Thinking about staying with us for the holidays (Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa)? We will supply a Christmas tree, Menorah or Kinara. Just let us know when booking.

Whether on a family vacation or a business trip you can relax in the privacy of your own pool (south facing to soak up all of the sun) and partially covered patio or mingle by the resort pool area. Just because you are away from home doesn't mean you have to miss out on your workout routine or catching the latest movie on the big screen. Visit the fitness center with sauna and movie theatre on premises. This lifestyle friendly, gated community, 4 bedroom 3 full bath home boasts 75", 55" and 43" smart TVs, Space for the whole family, Private and community pools, Covered patio, 800ct linens on King and Queen beds, 300ct on Twin beds, Umbrellas in case it rains. Forgot your toiletries? No worries a Gift shop is on premises as well as stores like Target and Walmart close by. There is lots to do for the whole family. Game room, Tennis and Basketball courts, Hot tub, Waterfall, Playground, Gift shop, Business center, Meeting room, Bar and grill and lake to walk around on premises. Cabanas can be rented on a first come first serve basis at the clubhouse. The cost is $65 for 4 hours which includes four drinks and one pizza pie or $130 for the entire day and it includes eight drinks and two pizzas. Close to Disney, Golf Courses, Shops and Restaurants. Your private pool can be heated upon request at booking for $20 a day and must be on for the duration of your stay. Pool heating will be included for stays over 28 days. It does take up to 24-48 hours depending on the weather to heat so we cannot guarantee the pool will be heated if it is not requested at booking or at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.

Clean and great communication

We enjoyed our time at the rental, beautifully decorated and the communication with management was great and minor pool issue was fixed and we had a great trip. The beds are memory foam. Thank you for a good experience.

The kids loved having their own personal pool. The house was beautiful, so was the neighborhood. We an entire day at the big pool. We will definitely be back on our next disney trip

Really nice

If you’re looking for a clean and nice place to stay. This is the perfect place. The house was immaculate. It is just like the pictures. Communication with Viviana was so easy and her responses were fast. She was very accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Paradise

Our family stayed at Paradise Palms last year and after reading the reviews from your home, I just knew it was the perfect choice. Everything exceeded our expectations, this home was so beautifully decorated and welcoming. The communication prior, during and after our stay was so professional and questions answered timely. The beds in each room were so comfortable and kids rooms decorated so cute with each theme. The welcome basket was the perfect touch. We are already thinking about next years trip. Great Disney Home Away From Home!

We stayed here as part of my nephew's first trip to Disney. It was a great home away from home. Check-in was easy. The house looks exactly like the pictures, immaculately clean and comfy. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was refreshing after all the walking at Disney parks. The host was friendly and responsive. The location is only 10-15 minutes from Disney which was awesome! Two suggestions for improvement: add nonslip to the shower floor in the upstairs bathroom near the "Mickey Room" and fix the sliding door to the pool deck so that it is easier to open and close. We would definitely rent this place again when in the Orlando area.

Beautiful townhouse/Great location

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this townhouse to celebrate my son's birthday. From the moment we entered the property we knew we had picked a winner. The home was clean, neat and organized. The decor was up-to-date and visually very appealing. There is a full bathroom downstairs which was very convenient for us. The master upstairs is spacious with lots of closet space and a nice bath. The toilet is separate which is a plus. The other bedrooms are just as nice again with plenty of space and adorable decor for kids. Overall, I would without a doubt stay at this location again.

Great Family Stay!

The condo was clean, awesome and had all the necessities we needed for a fun weekend. The resort pool was great, it got crowded but there was plenty of seating, and the tiki bar was a nice feature with plenty of drink and food options. My boys loved the arcade area too. One of the great things about the condo was that the splash pool on the back porch was private. The owners put privacy features up and I noticed all of the other pools in the condo seemed to be opened up where the neighbors could see in. Just an extra special touch. The communication with our host was great, no issues with check in instructions. I would highly recommend this VRBO. So fun!

Great family vaca for all ages!

We have stayed at multiple VRBO's and we really liked this property and all the extras that came along with it. There were plenty of dishes, towels and beds for everyone. One requirement was that we needed a bedroom and bathroom/shower downstairs for my MIL who uses a walker. It was great for her. I think the only issues we had was the toilet seat was pretty low, the shower bed needed something with more traction and maybe a chair that was higher off the ground in the living room. She was fine sitting on a kitchen chair, so it wasn't a huge deal. The teens and husband and I loved all the space upstairs. The girls wished they had double sinks at their own home. :) The pool toys are fun for the girls too! Having little things like salt & pepper, coffee pods, some snacks, etc. was a really nice touch and VERY appreciated since we came in so late. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

Great clean house close to parks!

This house was great for our 11 day family vacation to the Orlando area. We went to sea world, Disney springs and universal. All within 20-40 minutes away depending on traffic. Interstate 4 can be a very busy road so may be a lot of traffic but we were there right at the start of spring break. Overall great close location to all of the parks no matter what ones you are visiting. If your not doing the parks it is a fabulous place to stay and no need to leave at all unless you want. The main huge pool is amazing and there are two hot tubs a splash pad and a nice little water slide. Food at clubhouse, movie theater at clubhouse, workout facility and sauna and a game room. Staff was all very friendly. The pond behind the pool has some great little walking trails in a swamp and your sure to see a couple small alligators if want to see them. Great communication from the property manager handled all of our questions with ease and very fast. Our first time taking a big trip with our 6 month old daughter they even were able to provide us with a high chair and pack n play. If your looking for a nice clean house close to the parks or just a perfect well secured little resort this is a great option. We used the small pool in the back maybe 1 time just because we enjoyed the large pool so much. Also only about a 5 minute short easy walk to main pool, also they have a nice bar/grill in the pool area great food and a little gift/general store if you forget or need something. Walmart and Publix within 10 minute drive. One last thing we we’re celebrating my Wife’s 35 th birthday and 5 years recovery from a brain tumor surgery and they left us a delicious little cake and a very thought card. We will rent here again for sure. Our group was me my wife and 2 daughters and both sets of our parents. Ages 39,35,13,6 months and 69,67,68 & 63.

Beautiful place with a lot of issues

Walking up to front door, we first noticed all the trash on the ground right beside door. Like it had been swept there and not into dustpan. Then my son had to use the bathroom and the toilet downstairs was clogged before he even used it. My husband was able to fix that though and I got over the mess at door. Inside is BEAUTIFUL. Decorated very nice, beds were so comfortable, not the hard cheap mattress you usually get with a rental. The kitchen had everything you needed, just bring your food and done! We immediately went outside to swim in pool and noticed it was filthy so we couldn’t even get in. Then went inside to turn TVs on and I guess something was going on with their internet being down. The TVs DID NOT work the entire time we were there. When I texted about the pool, it took about an hour for someone to get back to me but they explained it is stained but will have someone come out to clean the dead bugs and debris out of pool. By the time we got back from Animal Kingdom, the pool was fine. I paid for heating though and it still felt cold in 90 degree weather. I just left it, complained so much already. TVs still weren’t working though and it took a few hours for anyone to get back to me about it. Ended up being a router issue and they wanted to send Best Buy out the next day, but we were leaving so it didn’t matter to us. All in all, it was an ok experience, but I wont be staying there again. The floors were very thin and could hear every stomp with the littles.

Our family visited Paradise Palms in 2019 and fell in love with the amenities of the resort and how big and spacious the property was. So when the opportunity presented itself for us to purchase a property in Florida this is where we looked first and could not be happier.
