Notre villa de 5 chambres a tout le confort d'une maison privée. Il a été récemment rénové et récemment meublé, dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'un grand salon et salle à manger, d'une piscine privée filtrée et chauffée * avec bain à remous privé * (* = la piscine et le bain à remous nécessitent un supplément pour chauffer), 6 écrans plats téléviseurs, radio et lecteur Blue Ray, Wifi gratuit, appels locaux et longue distance gratuits (États-Unis et Canada) et une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Une salle de sport / centre de remise en forme ultramoderne et un bar Tiki se trouvent au club-house.

Le Solana Resort propose au club-house une piscine et un spa chauffés, un cybercafé avec accès Internet gratuit, une aire de jeux, une piscine à accès nul, un terrain de beach-volley, une zone de pique-nique, un minigolf et une salle de jeux. Un barbecue est juste disponible à l'aire de pique-nique située au club-house. Services de massage et manucure: infos disponibles au clubhouse. Brunch, déjeuner, dîner et collations / boissons offertes au bar Tiki. Tiki Bar menue également disponible au clubhouse.

Le Solana Resort est une communauté fermée de luxe privée à proximité de Disney World, Universal Studios, Legoland et Sea World. Ce complexe se trouve à seulement quelques minutes en voiture des attractions d'Orlando et à quelques pâtés de maisons de divers magasins haut de gamme. Vous pouvez profiter de toutes les bonnes choses à seulement quelques minutes: repas gastronomiques, beaux-arts, grande mode, loisirs relaxants, golf et pêche de première classe et divertissements passionnants. We loved the house and its layout. 2 king suites accessing the pool deck was great! House had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The only thing we’d change is the patio furniture. It’s just ok in a great house. We would love to stay here again.

Stayed while visiting my daughter who is a CP for Disney. It was a short trip so can’t comment on the resort amenities but the house was nice, clean and we really enjoyed the private pool and hot tub. Overall no complaints

Our house was wonderful and big. There were 5 of us and the kids got their own room so its very spacious. Everything was great check in,house, and staff at guard shack/clubhouse. It was clean and owners should be proud to have such a beautiful house. We will return and id definitely recommend this place. We were in distance of everything. Thank you for allowing us to stay

The setting for pool heat was/is 89°F and for the spa 104°F. Due to the high outside temperatures around 100°F it feels like that the pool/spa wasn’t heated but it was. Without pool heat the temperature would have been in the mid-eighties and this is cold in comparison to the outside temperatures. So, it was just a feeling of the guests that the pool wasn’t heated but it was! Mid of May until end of July is lovebug season in Florida. At this time thousands of lovebugs are in the air and flying around. All guests are advised to keep all doors closed all times, especially the doors to the pool deck, the entrance door and the garage door, to avoid lovebugs coming into the house and avoid additional cleanings. Even though if the pool area is screened the screen is not so close to hinder the lovebugs entering the pool area and the house if the patio door is not closed by the guests! And at the end, we offer all our guests the service to get in touch with our local property manager (daily in the resort) to ask for assistance and support, but the guests haven’t done so.

Overall we were very happy with our rental. It was clean, nice decor and nice to have everyone on one floor. We enjoyed the pool and air conditioned comfort. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The only setbacks were the jets on the spa didn’t work and many of us felt that the sheets were really poor quality and should be replaced.

We have replaced linens, sheets and towels during our last stay end of January 2023! The quality we pick for the replacement is always a good one, quite better than standard. Unfortunately, even the best and highest quality looks bad if it will be treated with chlorine and/or bleach or items of different colors will be washed together in the same cycle after the first use. This happens unfortunately often. The issue with the jets is related to a required replacement of the pool filter cartridge. Our property manager ordered a new cartridge as soon as he was notified by our guests. The cartridge was installed right after delivery which was a little delayed due to the well known issues with the related supply chain.

Thought I would be able to grill , atleast at the community clubhouse, but it was ok. The door lock had to be fix which we had to leave our things unprotected until they got out there to fix it. We did love the house tho and the kids enjoyed their stay.

I personally have checked the lock after the notification by the guest and it worked well. Nothing to be fixed! It looks like that it was less an issue of the lock than more an issue of operation. Due to the high cleaning fees for grills, we don’t provide a private grill at the house according to our VRBO listing to our guests, so I can’t complain about an issue which won’t be provided according to the listing. Beside the grills at the BBQ area located at the clubhouse, we support all our guests in renting a grill from one of the several local vendors on their own expenses if they asked for.

Great location, large house!

Within 30 min to Disney and shopping around the corner. Large house to accommodate a couple families. Our kids really enjoyed the pool! We had a cockroach issue but the mng sent in an exterminator the same day... unfortunately it takes days to kill them. Bring trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap as they are not complementary.

Please let me add some commends to this review: We always request our guests to keep all doors and windows closed whenever possible. It is matter of fact that one of our (previous) guests haven't closed the doors properly during their stay. Roaches are very fast in the house and hard to get out. During our last stays in September and December 2017 we haven't be faced with this issue. After notification by the guests our property manager has acted fast by arranging a deep treatment against the roaches just 20 minutes after notification as mentioned in the review. A daily check on the effectiveness has been performed for a complete week to ensure that the issue was solved. In addition our property manager has offered the guests a cancellation of their rental with total refund and they decided to stay. Our house is indicated as a self-catering unit within the HomeAway listing. Therefrom we provide a welcome package including an initial setup of toilet paper, cleaning supplies and detergents to all of our guests upon arrival. To keep the rental rates low all further items in addition to the welcome package have to be purchased by the guests on their own expense as mentioned in the listing.

Location, amenities perfect, lots of activities to keep the 5 grandchildren occupied! Tons of utensils, plates including plastic for the kids. However that left no cupboard space to put our food away, needless to say food for 11 people took up a lot of space on the counter. Lots of great info ,perhaps it just needs a review as all the garbage info was incorrect, luckily we are early risers and caught the truck in time. Great to have the gas stove but the oven seems unpredictable. The manger for the house was very helpful when vac didn’t work and thermometer was also fixed in a timely and pleasant way. We really enjoyed the home and the few starter pods for washer, dishwasher etc. overall a very nice stay!

We had a great time. The house was beautiful, we will definitely rent this house again. The pool and hot tub were heated to perfection. The property manager was always available to answer our questions and take care of any issues we had. Some of the pillows need to be replaced, in the master bedroom mainly.Could use directions on how to operate the TV. The bathtubs need to have non slip surface or mats and a handrail. The shower in the queen bedroom was making loud noises. We give a 5 star rating because anything that needs addressing are minor things and can be taken care of easily . Disney Escape

We loved that the house was all on one floor and we had enough bedrooms and space for all. We also enjoyed the community park with swings and mini putt. The kitchen was well laid out and we had all we needed for cooking and dinning. We were lacking in extra toilet tissue and had to make a late night run to the store as there was no extra in any of the bathrooms. The master bathroom was poorly supplied with only one small hand towel and wash cloth and 3 larger towels. It had a large shower but a small shower head, no hair dryer or bathmat. We did enjoy our stay and would recommend it but make sure you have extra basic supplies. My family loved the heated pool and hot tub and spacious floor plan. Thank you for your lovely home.

Family VacationAugust 2021

We had a great vacation with our family at this property. My family was very happy with the spacious rental; all king and queen size room had its own bathroom- this was very comfortable for a family of 7. All beds were comfortable. I would like to recommend the following: Kitchen: everything was easy to use and happy the stove was gas not electrical. All pots had covers except I could not find a cover to fit pans; Pool: very nice size pool, recommend a pool net for renters to clean (we found a baby lizard stuck in water and we used a paper cup to get it out. Bedding: Plenty of sheets all in tact; except on both king size beds we washed the bedding before use the first night- after washing we realized the stains did not remove-since they are used a lot this may require a change of sheets with a better quality. We stayed at this rental for 5 nights. Thank you for allowing the stay at your beautiful home; definitely recommend this home for renters and we will be planning to return soon.

By observation such issues we offer to all of our guests the service to replace items during the stay which are damaged, odd or stained by or local manager since he has always replacement items in stock. The guests just have to inform him by phone. A notification about an issue via a review will always take us the chance to rectify an issue during the stay, it would be just good for the next guests.

Starting in 1990 we have started to spend our annual family vacations in Florida. We felt in love with this beautiful place on earth. That was the reason why we returned year by year. In 2010 we bought our first house in the Disney/Orlando area (HomeAway listing #291024). We are still excited about our retirement since we want to enjoy most of this time in one of our houses here in Florida.

We spent most of our Florida vacation in the Disney/Orlando area, and it was so nice that we decided to buy another single family house with pool in the Disney area. It was important for us to stay always in a gated and men guarded community. We stayed in several resorts and for vacations in a single family home the Solana Resort was perfect for us. You can enjoy all good things just a few minutes away: gourmet dining, fine art, great fashion, relaxing recreation, first-class golfing and fishing and exciting entertainment.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The large east facing pool with a huge pool deck and the hot tub is a must for those who want to benefit the full sun during the early morning and the whole day. We bought this beautiful home in November 2016 and we updated it with new paint and new furniture in January 2017 individually selected by us. Our house is completely tiled in all rooms and got new decoration which gives all rooms our own personal loving touch. All of our guest enjoyed and will enjoy in the future the home as much as we do.
