Hello and thank you for your review. We are glad to hear that you liked the house and that your family had a memorable holiday. As far as the equipment of the house is concerned, there is usually a full roll of toilet paper plus at least an extra roll in every one of the four bathrooms. Dish soap, a sponge and dish towels are also available for our guests. These items are usually put on the kitchen counters by our cleaning crew but in your case they may have forgotten to do so. However, there are plenty of dish towels and cleaning cloths in the kitchen drawer; and if the dish soap and the sponge were not on the counter top, they would have been in the cabinet underneath the sink. We apologize if this may have caused any inconveniences to you but hope that you would still consider staying at the Lazy Pelican in the future. Thank you for staying with us.

Hello Chad Our utmost apologies for any inconvenience that may have occurred. As much as we try hard to get everything perfectly done, it appears lots of events lead to another. Weeks of heavy rain and winds did not help the cause. Internet lines and hubs took a toll and WiFi speed was out of our control. The patio cushions apparently got soaked more than anticipated. We understand they were replaced with new ones the day after you reported. We are not quite sure how expensive a TV has to be to fit the bill, but Vizio is a reputable brand. If the Dishwasher backs into the sink, that usually is caused by people leaving food inside the garbage disposal and clogging the drain. Pool… you complained it was filthy. We received a picture and do not consider 4 or 5 leaves near the main drain on the bottom “filthy", and to our knowledge, the plaster has no dents or flakes. We agree not everything was in the order we like to have it, and appreciate every constructive feedback. We believe, however, that it was not as bad as illustrated in you review. Recent reviews proof our point.
