Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included.

All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with central heating & air.

Enjoy the private front porch, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean breeze. Beach essentials, including beach tags, chairs, coolers, and a wagon/cart, are provided for your convenience. Street parking is readily available.

Located just steps away from the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean, this private rear residence in a quiet neighborhood boasts breathtaking views and easy access to the sand and surf. Take a morning stroll along the beach, go for a swim, or simply soak up the sun on the pristine shoreline.



When you're ready to explore the area, you'll find plenty of local restaurants, shops, and attractions just a short drive away. Whether you're looking for fresh seafood, fun activities for the whole family, or a vibrant nightlife scene, you'll find it all in the surrounding area.



Getting Around:

Getting around Ocean City is a breeze! You'll find ample free street parking right outside the property. For those arriving by air, the Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 45-minute drive away. While Ocean City is a walkable town, consider using ride-sharing services or taxis for longer distances or trips to nearby attractions. Public transportation options within Ocean City are available, but we recommend confirming schedules and routes as they can vary seasonally.



Other Things to Note:

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



PET POLICY: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and/or breed restrictions may apply.



MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: To book this property, the primary guest must be 25+ years old. The booking guest must personally occupy the property for the full stay and may not reserve on behalf of others. Any fraudulent, third-party, or underage booking may be cancelled immediately without refund and may result in removal from the property without notice.



CREDIT CARD FEE: Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company, Heightened Hospitality LLC, will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is strictly non-refundable in the event of a voluntary/guest-initiated cancellation.



SECURITY DEVICES DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area. TAMPERING WITH SECURITY DEVICES: Tampering with exterior cameras, WiFi equipment, smart locks, or safety devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund.



QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.



CHECKOUT EXPECTATIONS: Please place trash in designated bins outside, load used dishes into the dishwasher or sink, and generally tidy up after yourselves. It is not necessary to strip the beds or initiate any kind of laundry prior to departure.

Great Little Spot

This place was a great little beach house. The property was clean and very close to the beach. It is small but still very comfortable (almost like a multi-room hotel suite). It is on the second floor and the stairs are somewhat steep so if climbing stairs is an issue for you that may be difficult. Overall, a great place to stay.

We loved this apartment for it's tucked away privacy. Some OC can feel crowded, but as this listing is above a garage, behind the main house, it is super cute and cozy. The accommodations were modern, clean, and comfortable. It was also quiet, as it was away from the road. Lovely stay.

Beautiful place to stay and relax

Cozy, clean and modern place to stay in OC. Beautiful, quiet, and private apartment with granite countertops and nice finishes. True to pictures and easy walk to beach. Great neighborhood. So very glad we chose this over any hotel/motel in town and had the option to bring a pet. Appreciated option to stay less than full week and reasonably priced. Would stay again.

The place was clean and comfortable if you’re not staying too long. We needed a place that would accommodate our dog and although our dog barely barks if someone has a dog that barks this place is good because it’s at least separate from other units. Convenient to have beach chairs and beach tags handy. Had small issues but owner was quick to respond.

Wonderful Place !!

Fantastic Stay! The accommodations couldn't have been nicer. The pictures don't do this sweet condo justice. To find peace with a toddler isn't easy-this place brought it! The dog friendly atmosphere was wonderful. We couldn't have had a better stay at Seaside Bliss. Thank you to Jim for the major hospitality of the wonderful/delicious box of donuts surprise. We will be back.

Very clean and nice. Not a lot of space . So 4 adults/teens max. New kitchen , plenty of towels and the garage was loaded with beach chairs . Nice outside shower and nice little covered deck.

Cute and clean. Balcony view disappointing if you want to sit out side. Bathroom space is tight. Couldn’t get main TV to stay Wi-Fi connected. It should be noted in description that the location of this rental is BEHIND the beautifully home bearing the address, above a detached garage. Maybe replacement of garage doors and area clean up would help esthetics. For the time we were there and for a last min booking it worked. Michelle D
