Relax at this peaceful place to stay. Newly Renovated condo with
2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of being close to the center of town, .6 mile walk or bike ride to the beach & boardwalk. One block from the bay with evening sunsets. You can store bikes, beach chairs and more in the garage. Enjoy all of Ocean City's family favorites - Manco & Manco pizza, Johnson's popcorn, rides on the boardwalk. Sit on the deck and relax after a day on the beach. Must be 25 or older or accompanied by an adult. Guests need to bring own linens and towels or we can provide a contact for a local service. This is a non smoking property. No Pets
are allowed. Although we love animals, please leave them at home.

A Home Away From Home

My family and I really enjoyed our vacation at Ocean City, NJ, and a big part of that was due to where we chose to stay for our six nights. The Bay Avenue Beauty had all the space and amenities that our family of three needed, and everything felt very modern like it was just recently built or remodeled. Plus, Lisa was super-responsive whenever I reached out to her with a question. If I ever visit Ocean City, NJ again I would definitely like to stay at this property again!

Beautiful place

We had a wonderful stay - the house was beautifully updated, clean, and just big enough for our family with 3 small kiddos. It was so nice being able to use the high chair, and it was great storing all of our beach stuff in the garage. Lisa was attentive and considerate, great host! We hope to be back someday!

Beautiful bay house!

The house was even better than the pictures! It was very clean and smelled so fresh! The host was available for any questions before checking in and even dropped a high chair off for us when we mentioned we were traveling with small kids including an almost 2 year old. The location was great with easy access to the bay, beach, boardwalk and shopping. Will definitely book again!

A real beauty!

Our stay at Bay Avenue was fantastic! It is super clean and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Loved the location! We were able to park for the week and walk everywhere. It is an easy walk to the boardwalk, the beach and to all the shops and restaurants on Asbury Ave. The Dead End coffee shop was an added bonus and only steps away for a quick breakfast. Lisa made check in very easy and made us very comfortable!

Stayed here with my husband and one year old and it was the perfect get away! Close to shops and bay and 10/15 minute walk to boardwalk and beach. Property was clean and easy to check in, communication with host was easy and she was so friendly and helpful

Perfect Condo!

Staying here helped create the best memories with our family on our trip to OC! The condo was so clean, stocked with all the little things you could need, and in the perfect location. The host, Lisa, is wonderful!! When I arrived, she even helped me carry my bags up the stairs!! She felt like an old friend and made our stay so easy and comfortable. We would definitely book here again!

Clean, quiet, great location!

This property was perfect for our family of 4! Walking distance to many restaurants and shops, and of course the boardwalk! My kids (5 and 7) walked to and from the boardwalk after a long day on the beach with no problem, but a stroller or wagon wouldn’t be a bad idea if you are unsure of how your kids would handle it. We do drive down to the South End when we hit the beach to be with family, so I can’t speak to how crowded the beach is around 11th Street. The property is CLEAN, quiet, and will make you want a beach condo or your own. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Great bay house

I stayed at this little bay house the past few days with my husband and son who is almost two years old. It was an easy walk to the beach/boardwalk and only a few blocks away from several restaurants. The host was great to work with and very hospitable. We would be happy to stay here again.

Perfect Spot!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Lisa was very responsive and accommodating with all of our questions! It was an enjoyable, quiet 12 minute walk to all of the best spots on the boardwalk. You are right on the bay with beautiful sunset views steps away. I am extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness, but it was very clean and felt fresh and brand new. We would definitely rent here again!

“bay beauty”

One block off the bay, this beautiful apartment was perfect for me my 2 daughters and her friend. We walked to the beach and caught the sunset at the bay, got yummy bagels right next door at dead end bakehouse and really enjoyed the balcony for drinking coffee, eating or just catching up. I enjoyed walking up a few blocks to Asbury to window shop and check out the restaurants. There was an issue with the AC, but the owner, Lisa, brought someone in quickly (memorial day weekend) who fixed it. Overall a 5/5!

I wish the property was ours


What a great stay with my wife and toddler (2 yo). Perfect location on the bay. Talk about brand new and perfectly renovated condo. This property is such a breath of fresh air and has everything you need. As soon as we walked in, we felt like we were home and by the end of the week immediately wished it was our home away from home. The property is just a few short blocks from the boardwalk and beach which we walked everyday and thoroughly enjoyed even with all of the baby and beach gear. Just about every morning we got fresh bagels right next door at Dead End Bakery. Super thankful to Lisa who lives directly next door for her communication and ensuring a smooth and early check-in. Thank you Lisa! The only reason I wouldn’t recommend to friends or the public - so we can keep this to ourselves!

The location is perfect as it is quiet but still close to everything. We really enjoyed the house and being able to have privacy and lots of space inside and outside. The host is awesome and we really enjoyed meeting her.

Spent a week

Clean, private, brand new, great hosts. A short few minute drive to a parking lot on 11th and Ocean and only paid $120 for a weekly pass (come and go as you please).
