Spent 4 days in Golden and went to a concert at Red Rocks and visited Rocky Mountain National Park. Nice apartment and great location! Very convenient to have a parking space and easy walking around town.

The property was one of the nicest and cleanest places we have ever stayed. You can't bet the location. Leave the cat and walk everywhere! We would definitely recommend.

Fantastic First Visit to Golden

We had a fantastic first visit to Golden for a 4th of July show at Red Rocks and Nicki’s place was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay. The location was a short walk to all the shops and restaurants on Washington Ave and the surrounding streets. The place was clean and just the right size with everything we could need for our stay. Nicki was very responsive and made everything easy. We will definitely be back and hope to stay here again!

What a great find!

This property is a gem. The location could not be better. Parking available. Very short walk to several restaurants and shops. It was one of the cleanest properties we've ever stayed at. Check in was very straightforward & easy. We had a chance to meet the owners during our stay - they were very friendly and welcoming. 100% recommend!

Phenomenal find in Golden,Colorado

We were blown away by the amenities, location, decor, and comfort of this little gem in Golden. It is a very close walk to town, parks, Coors Brewery and an awesome Sunday Farmers Market. The hosts were incredibly accommodating to us in all ways. We look forward to coming back to the property whenever we may visit Golden.

Absolutely fantastic experience!!

Nicki’s place in downtown Golden is absolutely fabulous. The location is perfect just blocks from downtown Golden. It was a great hub to local nearby hikes in Golden, Boulder, and a fantastic little longer drive to Estes Park. We also went to a show at Red Rocks Amphitheater during our stay and it was so easy to get there just a short 10 minute drive away. We will definitely be back and stay at Nicki’s again. Nicki could not of been a better host and was welcoming and super responsive when needed.

Great place. One suggestion—put some kind of blind or drapery in the living room so that the sun is not so intense. Hard to see tv when the sun is on that side. Would also reduce a/c expense for sure. Otherwise great stay.
