Nice place to stay

We would definitely come back again. The minor issues we had, the property manager was able to fix as soon as possible. The beach and water were absolutely beautiful.

Great location

Very nice home in close proximity to the beach, two minute walk is all it takes. Plenty of space in the home for eight of us. Had a great time.

Good house and Great location

Overall a great place and the location is prime especially for the price. The only minor issue to note was the downstairs bathroom door would not lock because the door wouldn’t close properly. Otherwise our family had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Cute home walking distance to beach

We enjoyed our stay and bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The kitchen could use a few more items like frying pan, Pyrex measuring cup. The house has a short path to the beach and outdoor shower. We brought a wagon and this made everything a breeze.

Great location!

House was located just down a path from beach...quick walk and easy access. House was nice and perfect for what we needed. Close to shopping, groceries and restaurants.

Great Vacation

Property was as described. Property manager was on pointe. Had a small issue with dishwasher, he came right out! Clean and kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Linens provided. Nothing but great things to stay. Would definitely stay there again!!!

The beach was amazing!! The house was exactly what we needed. It was clean and well equipped. The only problem we had was the dishwasher didn’t work. We contacted the property manager and we got no response. We washed dishes by hand.

A little bit of paradise

Paradise Cottage is a beautiful rental property in a really nice, safe neighborhood and it is just a few minutes from the beach! The house was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. A wonderful way to end 2020! We would definitely stay at this property again!

Paradise as Described

I was skeptical of the location. It seemed too good to be true. In fact it was better than I expected. We were literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. The home was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed and was a safe neighborhood. I would rent again in a heartbeat. Look forward to booking again for next year. Would recommend a better satellite TV system and local channel antenna would be my only comment. We wanted to watch the local weather on the local news and could not receive that on the main TV. Other than that it was perfect.

We had an awesome vacation. The beach is only a short walk from this well maintained house. Easy access to shopping, restaurants,etc. Great communication with management. We would not hesitate to rent again.

Great location!! Had all the rooms needed for our family! Located close to everything!

Just a few steps from the beach which was a plus!! Loved that we were close to Baytowne and the outlet mall and all kinds of food places. I like to walk so was nothing to walk to Winn Dixie and grab a few things!! Everything was wonderful! The only problem was small roaches in the kitchen. Ofcourse my kids acted like it was Bigfoot in there! That may need to be looked into because it's not good to sit at the bar to eat and see that! Other than that had a great time, really enjoyed the stay!! All our neighbors were friendly and great!! Thanks for letting us book!! Great house!! Great experience!! 4 1/2 stars bc of kitchen problem

AWESOME !!

This was our first time renting a house in Destin for a family vacation , and could not have asked for a better experience! We love the neighborhood and the location is awesome. The house is very close to the beach, outlet mall, and grocery store. The best part though, it was pet friendly. My fur babies along with 4 teenagers all had a great time! We will definitely rent again next summer! Thank you Steve for being so accommodating & gracious, it was truly the best family vacation we've had in many years!

Perfect place for our family vacation

We go on a family vacation to Destin every year. This was our 2nd time staying at a house in Gulfside Cottage. We love the neighborhood and the location is awesome. The house is very close to the beach, outlet mall, and grocery store. It was clean and had everything we needed. The manager was very responsive and helpful! We are already considering booking this house for next summer.

6 Night Family Vacation

My husband and I rented Paradise Cottage for our family vacation with four teenagers. The cottage is a short walk from a beautiful beach. It was well maintained and clean. We would definitely rent again.
