Elegant and spacious house, fully furnished by interior designer, perfect for the whole family, your dream of holiday home. Located within the best condominiums in the region, safely, clubhouse with swimming pool with lake view, and next to Walmart 24 h.

The Space

The Bella Vida Resort Condominium, is one of the best located in the region, just 5 miles from Walt Disney World, featuring a 24-hour safe concierge, clubhouse with 5.750 sq ft, offers heated swimming pools and jacuzzi, playground, gym, games room, tennis courts, voley and football. About 6 hectares of lakes and various recreational activities.

Large house with 1.907 sq ft distributed over 2 floors, finely decorated, luxury and comfort in your dream home.
On the first floor, living room with TV 4 K of 55", dining room with large table and space to accommodate 8 people, along with full kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker) and accessories.
Bedroom (suite) with queen bed, TV 32", closet and next to laundry with washer and clothes dryer.
Large outdoor area with private pool and a wonderful view of the lake, ideal for relaxing after a day of parkland Second floor, with Large Master Suite with extra king bed, 2 bedrooms with Queen bed and plus a full bathroom.

Before check-in (up to 48 hours before), guests must inform their names and IDs, so that all people who will be staying in the Envera system of the Bella Vida Resort Condominium can be registered, so that their entry and that of their families are authorized.
After registration, an e-pass will be sent to each guest by email.
Remembering that the name that is not registered will not be allowed to enter the Condominium.

Everything you need was in the kitchen and all the beds were very comfortable. It was very thoughtful of the host to leave washing machine, pods, and dishwasher machine pods as well as a small welcome kit.

Home away from home

The home was beautifully decorated, clean and welcoming. Everything was organized for a vacation with everything one might need. The beds were comfy and much needed after a day walking at themeparks. Everything was just as described. We have saved this home as a favorite for future visits!! Thank you Sonia for being the perfect host!!

Attending a conference

We stayed here while attending a conference at the Orlando Convention Center. We enjoyed that it was an end unit with no one above or below. Accommodations were exactly as they appeared and the host was very responsive to questions.

Home was lovely, nice and roomy, we had a few any issues in the master bathroom and lots on the pool deck area with ants . We did message the manager to have the issues resolved, but it’s Florida so I assume these things were expected.

I do not recommend staying at this property. Upon arrival, the front door lock was jammed. After finally getting inside, we became stuck and were unable to exit the house. The emergency contact number provided was out of service, and communication with the host and property manager was extremely poor.It took hours for someone to arrive, and when they did, they were unable to fix the lock and left the door unsecured. We were told to leave the house that way, which was unacceptable since our belongings were inside. The lock was finally repaired four hours later. The master bedroom was also pitch dark due to multiple burned-out lightbulbs, and there was an ant infestation in the downstairs room. I have photos of ant bites.This experience was stressful, unsafe, and poorly managed

Nice, clean, and close to places we visited.

Communication with Sonia was excellent, fell short with Marcos when we tried to have a BBQ available for us, and didn’t get a response when we requested the pool heater to be turned on.Everything else was great, as expected and described, the kids got used to using the community pool instead, just because of the temperature.

Overall a good stay

The property is as described and in a nice neighborhood in a seemingly safe part of town. It was close to lots of food and entertainment as well. The host was so nice and great with communication which was really helpful when we arrived at the house at 1 AM and the keypad wasn't working with the code given. Thankfully it was a quick fix and we didn't have to wait too long to get in. The towels were all packaged, so you have extra assurance that they were cleaned. My only real complaint is that the beds were not very comfortable. We stayed in the king which was very creaky and lacked support. The others staying in the house also stated that the beds weren't very comfortable either. However, it wasn't a deal breaker. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Overall our stay was pleasant however we didn’t feel comfortable cooking because bugs were present. We understand living near water can cause pests to hang around. The refrigerator wasn’t clean when we arrived. Then finally the upstairs bedroom bed was too low on the ground. It was very uncomfortable being that low on the ground.
