Nice place for small family

Overall it was great with the exception of the Wi-Fi. Kept going off and having to reboot. And with 2 grandchildren who is addicted to playing on tablets and such can make for a bad time with everyone. And the kitchen is on the small side. Needs more than 3 of each knives,forks and spoons. Needs some bowl's for cooking other than cereal bowls. Oh yeah please invest in a dust pan.

False advertising. There are NOT 2 sofa sleepers on this property, rather a small couch and a small fold down futon with separated “cushions” but the term cushion is being generous because they were very hard and uncomfortable. There were no trash bags for trash removal and the lock stopped working while on property so we had to leave our items unlocked to make our dinner reservations. We reached out to the property manager, who promised to arrive within 20 minutes but did not forcing our items to be left unsecured. The last night included loud and rude neighbors that prevented us from sleeping until after 2am. It also smelled like cigarette smoke.

Good value

The stay was a good value. Basic amenities. Could use a toaster, baking pans and coffee cups to make it a little more convenient. It was clean and comfortable. Quiet complex. Pool was nice.

Short over night stay

There are some things that could of been better. More towels - there were only two, there were no paper towels, the dishwasher was broken and no dish towels to dry the dishes after washing them. There was a used bar of soap in the shower and the toilet had not been flushed prior to occupying unit. The outside back area had toys, used batteries and trash.

Family vacation in Wilmington area for battleship and Wrightsville beach

The property was in good condition. Furniture was comfortable in living room. The mattresses were very comfortable high quality. The temperature was always warmer in the bedroom than the rest of the apartment. The pillows did not match the quality of the mattress. Possibly bring your own if you have room to bring it. We did not use kitchen items, but they were as pictured in the advertisement. On washing machine/dryer combo a "quick wash" cycle washed and dried a medium load of about 9 tshirts, socks and underwear and pairs of shorts in 2 hours and 15 minutes.
