Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are a hop away from the beach, shops, Target, Publix, TJ Max, Marshalls, amongst other shops, restaurants and attractions. Our home is very peaceful, stylish, spacious and central to everything. We have restaurants at walking distance as well… A large lap pool adorns our huge back yard. Indoors our place is cool enough to keep us away from heat. Rooms are large and comfy as well. Las Olas Blvd. In our listing we include Beach Chairs, Canopy and Bikes 4 adult bikes and 1 child

Additional rules:

DUE TO UNFORESEEN PAST CIRCUMSTANCES AND WEBSITE ACCOUNT COMPLIANCE WE HAVE TO BE MORE SPECIFIC ABOUT HOME RULES.

* SHOES: We kindly ask that you please use the shoe rack at the entrance of the home and NOT wear shoes in the house to preserve our floors and rugs.

* PETS: At this time, we are not a pet friendly home, however, sometimes we may make an exception and all pets will have a small $150 none refundable per pet fee (max 2 / 20 pounds or less pets only). Renter must let home owner and/or property manager know that he/she is bringing their fury companion along, failure to do so can result in a loss of your security deposit.

* SMOKING: Absolutely NO smoking in the house. This home is also a drug free home. Smoking in the house or the presence of any drugs during your stay will result in the loss of your security deposit and the immediate termination of your reservation.

* BOOKING & GUESTS: Please be specific about the number of guests on your reservation. For example, you cannot put 4 and show up with 10. This can affect our accommodations and a loss of your security deposit as your comfortability. This can also cause a confusion as we may think a gathering or party is taking place at our home. Our home listing is set to 8 guests however, an additional $45 per person per night extra will be charged after 6 guests and a $500 security deposit may be required.

* POOL & LANDSCAPING SERVICES: Please know that Pool & Landscaping services will take place during the week Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8am and 4pm. Never on weekends, unless there is an emergency that requieres their presence. If you happen to be staying at our home when these services are being performed, 1) They cannot be rescheduled and you must give the professionals an opportunity to do their job and 2) Remember that these services are a pivotal part of the look and care of comfortability and our homes.

* LONG TERM STAYS: Stays Longer than 3 weeks are subject to a double cleaning fee and an additional $1,500 security deposit.

*** HOUSE NOISE RULES: Please know that you are coming into a high end, calm, family oriented, noise sensitive beachie neighborhood where absolutely NO parties, NO gatherings or get togethers of any type with anyone outside the booking are allowed. The home is ONLY for the guests in the reservation, no-one else. Also, NO DJ’s, loud music, big speakers or noises allowed either. Broward County and the City of Ft. Lauderdale are very strict and have passed a new Noise Ordinance Curfew for all Vacation Rentals from 9pm till 9am. This means that after 9pm NO music is to be played in the back yard or pool area and any one outside must keep all conversations to a cell phone level to ensure we don’t disturb our neighbors whom understandably have work or kids that go to school or events the next day. Finally know that we do have security cameras on premises video/audio recording 24/7 for the safety of our home and the tampering of any security system is considered a felony offense in the State of Florida and will also result in the termination of your reservation. By reserving our home you are agreeing to these terms. 1 camera is facing the front of the house and the other facing the pool area. The breaking of any of these rules can lea to a loss of your security deposit.

* DOORS: All doors leading to the outside must be kept closed at all times for various reasons. 1) Humidity entering the home will freeze the AC unit resulting in functionality problems. 2) keeps Keeps mosquitos out and most important 3) Helps keep critters like roaches, lizards, rats/mice and/or iguanas out of the home.

* BATHROOMS: Please, we kindly ask that you DO NOT FLUSH down the toilet baby wipes, facial wipes, paper towels, Q-tips, cotton balls, feminine products, baby diapers, dental floss, receipts, clothing tags, etc… ONLY FLUSH TOILET PAPER. We thank you for your cooperation and please remember that if you clog it, you fish it or pay the plumber. A clog in the main drain due to this is no less than $250 to $350.

* FURNITURE: We work very hard to deliver a well equipped and beautiful home so, we kindly ask that you take care of it. Please DO NOT re-decorate, move furniture around and/or start disconnecting TV.s, routers, lamps etc. Please leave everything exactly as you found it.

* WASHER & DRYER: Please, DO NOT overload the washer or dryer. Doing so can cause additional heavy weight that can overwork the appliance causing the drum to break or burn out. If this happens to you during your stay, you will be responsible for any repairs. Please clean the lint filter after every dry cycle and DO NOT mix whites with colors or towels with sheets to avoid having towel lints stick to bed linens.

* BEDROOMS: Please, no food or drinks in the bedrooms at any time.

* KITCHEN: Garbage disposal is NOT made to dispose lemons, peals, salads, Avocado seeds, large items or large amounts of foods. Rule of thumb to use a disposal is “If you can feed it to a baby you can dump it in the disposal”. Any clogs are 100% your responsability if a plumber has to be called out. It is not a grinder.

* TRASH BINS: please, all trash must be bagged, tied and disposed of properly. Black bin is trash, Blue bin is recycle. ALL boxes must be broken down before putting them in the bin. DO NOT USE the green bin, it’s for landscaping and city use only. If you use it and we have to take the trash out of it then a $75 fee will be applied to your account. Please be mindful of the trash. You have limited space. No trash is to be left on top of the bins or on the ground. excessive amount of trash is subject to a $100 haul away fee.

* OUTDOOR OUTLETS: Please keep in mind that our home day rate DOES NOT include electricity to charge TESLA’s, Hybrid Vehicles, Electric Bicycles, Electric Scooters or Golf Carts from friends or other companies and/or any other type of electric vehicle. If for any reason this is your case please know that an additional $40 per day for usage of electricity will be charged separately.

* POOL : We kindly ask that when using the pool 1) no eating or drinking in the water. Alcohol changes the chemical balance of the water and 2) we kindly ask that you avoid going in with oils like body oils, sun tan lotions, sun block etc specially if you have just applied it. These oils filter through the pump and clog the filter which will turn the water green. If this happens to you during your stay and pool turns green it will result in a $250 fee to pay the pool company to treat, clean and re-chemical balance the pool. DO NOT tamper with the pool equipment in any way. Doing so will result in the automatic loss of your security deposit. Pool is heated to 82F winter long but if you want it warmer than that we can do max 88F and there is a $45 per day extra charge.

* TOWELS / LINENS: Please know that towels or linens are not intended to be used as mops, make up removers, rags etc. At the end of your stay any damaged, stained or missing linens will have a cost TBD to the number of missing or damaged items plus a $25 travel/time fee.

* EARLY CHECK-INS are based on our calendar availability. In the given case home is available we can do a 2pm check in at no additional cost but if the check-in is between 12-2pm there is a $99 early check in fee and if between 10am and 12noon its $125 early check in fee. This fee will be due in cash upon arrival or we can send a request here via the App.

* LATE CHECK-OUTS are also based on home calendar availability but because a late check out means that we have to block that day so no-one else books. We consider this as a lost day for rental so a $199 late check out fee will be collected before departure. Must let us know with anticipation and not the day before please.

*CLEANING CREWS: Due to insurance and liability purposes, the cleaning crews are NOT allowed to come in while anyone is in the house or park in the driveways so check out must be punctual please. If they come and you are still there they will leave but still will charge us for their time so we kindly ask that you help us out to avoid extra expenses.

* BACHELORETTES: All Bachelorettes are happily welcomed however please keep in mind that If you’re bringing any decor it has to be wall friendly avoid extra charges due to damages. For example, we recommend carpenters tape (blue or beige) for the walls. We don't allow scotch tape, clear box tape, duck tape, 3m tape, double sided tape, dots, thumb tacks etc. all of these before mentioned peel paint off the walls and damages them. Also, absolutely no glitter please you have no idea the nightmare it is to clean that up and finally, no hanging items from our curtain rails 😎 Before leaving all decor, balloons and/or confetti will need to be cleaned up and disposed of. If we have to do this for you there will be an additional $100 charge. We also have a bachellorette decorator upon request.

*** We have Golf Carts for rent - Pending on availability, to use it you MUST be minimum 23 years of age, sign a User Agreement, have a valid DL & Proof of Insurance. Red cart $330 for 2 days $455 for 3 days. Each additional day is $89 more. Prices include taxes, delivery fee and home electricity to charge the cart.

Well Managed Beautiful House

The house was perfect for us! Extremely clean and perfectly stocked with everything we needed. The pool was an amazing treat for all of us. Leo did a great job communicating with us and made our stay so easy. We would definitely stay here again. Hope to be back soon!!

For my future guests, i am sorry that you have to see a silly review like this one but this guest came in with intentions of having a party at our home. She is local to the area and was warned no parties, no gatherings before arriving and she agreed to that. Despite that, she waited until 1am to start having car after car park at our place and next thing you know she was over the allowed limit of guests per house rules and city regulations. Pool was turned green, house was left in bad shape and inclusively there was marihuana all over the floors and counters, sad to say they even smoked inside. This kind of behavior is not only rejected but also not inline with any host or platform regulations. Rules are not meant to be restrictive but rather keep ebveryoeveryonene safe and in compliance with regulations imposed to us by the city which we have to pass down to all of our guest. A vacation home is what the name says “Vacation Home or Vacation Rental” nowhere does it say party house or disrespect fullness allowed

This property was immaculate and exceptionally well-maintained. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. The entire rental was spotless, and the full kitchen came fully equipped with all necessary utensils. The added convenience of a laundry room, complete with detergent, made our stay even more comfortable. The owners were highly responsive and accommodating, even allowing for an early check-in. I highly recommend this property to anyone planning a stay in Fort Lauderdale.

Second Home in Paradise

Much more beautiful than pictures convey. Lots of extras like laundry detergent and a baby seat and dish washer detergent and seasonings....small items that make you not have to work as hard shopping and actually feel like a guest. The beach chairs were a godsend. I miss it already with our very own pool to enjoy. Thanks Leo and team!

Nice property, invasive management

The home itself is lovely — but be prepared to feel like you’re on a reality show you didn’t sign up for. There’s no self check-in, and from the moment you arrive, you’re monitored via cameras and surveillance software. The property manager texts you at random with updates about your activity, as well as “staff in the neighborhood” who is keeping an eye on you, which feels more creepy than helpful. We were promised a 2 PM check-in, only to have it pushed back with less than 24 hours’ notice — after flights were already booked.The kicker? The trash bin was already packed full with debris when we arrived, and I was asked to empty it, refill it with our trash, and drag it to the street. Thankfully, they stopped short of handing me a lawn mower.If you value privacy, flexibility, or basic guest courtesy, this place might not be for you.

Jordan, I am disappointed to read your review, as it doesn’t reflect the reality of your stay. Our listing clearly states that we greet all guests in person at check-in, and for insurance and city compliance—as this is a licensed business—we have a camera located only in the front and backyard, as disclosed in our account. Early check-in is a courtesy we extend when possible, not an obligation nor guaranteed. As you’re a local guest, you mentioned it was a staycation for you and your friends so, the mention of flights seems to be a misleading lie and I ask that any feedback provided be truthful and respectful. It’s also outlined in our house rules that guests are responsible for rolling trash bins in and out on collection days, which we politely reminded you of during your stay. Additionally, it’s disappointing that your review omitted key details—such as the home being left in poor condition and signs of drug use, which violate our house rules. You also checked out past the required 10 a.m. time, which is why our staff was nearby, prepared to begin turnover for the next guest and waiting for you to leave reason why we messaged you about it saying our staff is in the neighborhood. We work hard to provide a clean, respectful, and safe space for all guests, and we take both compliments and concerns seriously—but fairness and honesty are essential. I would recommend practicing honesty…
