Located in the heart of Fort Myers Beach, you'll enjoy easy access to vast beaches, lively restaurants, & bars w/ live bands. Unwind on the expansive lanai, the spacious living room, or the well-equipped kitchen, all while soaking in the scenic estuary view.

Experience the resilience of our FMB community! Our home, nestled at the end of the street least impacted by hurricane Ian, stands strong. Along with remodeling all bathrooms we've rebuilt the entry stairs and private fishing dock, offering you the best of island living.

The property features a SHARED heated private pool with BBQ grill located at the back of the home, which is accessible to guests that rent the other side, as well. To gain access to the pool, guests are required to sign a Pool Use Agreement, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnification form.

We added a NEW BONUS GAME ROOM with a mini-split to cool you down!!! The garage has been converted into a spacious game room with Foosball, Ping Pong, Darts, Ring Toss, Cornhole, living room for watching tv / sporting events, etc.!

We also have several bikes available for guests to ride during your stay and a beach wagon!

Welcome to this inviting waterfront retreat that is elevated with living space on the 2nd floor! The ground floor is an enclosed garage that has been converted into a game room oasis that also holds all of your beach toys!

Per VRBO protocol the host only communicates with guests via VRBO MESSENGER. The link to the house manual (door access, parking, wifi, etc.) is provided in your welcome message in VRBO MESSENGER.

- Kitchen boasts brand new countertops!
- Both bedrooms feature king beds!
- Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen air mattresses with additional sheets and pillows (although the massive couch is VERY comfortable as well!)
- Beach towels (4 total), a kid's pack-n-play, and a highchair are located in the bedroom closets.
- Relax in the spacious living room with a smart TV programmed with Youtube Live TV for entertainment.
- Stay connected with high-speed internet, ideal for remote work during your stay.
- The kitchen is fully stocked with modern stainless steel appliances, ample dishes, pots, pans, and essential appliances such as a coffee maker (filters required), toaster, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and blender.

- Ample parking available for 2 vehicles plus a boat trailer in the front, or up to 4 vehicles on the left side of the driveway.
- The garage provides beach supplies, including beach chairs, a sand wagon, 3 adult bikes and 1 children's bike, all with locks!
- Garage cannot be used for parking cars or trailers but can be used for storing beach supplies and bikes.
-There is a basketball hoop in the driveway for guests to use at any time!

- Please note that side tying on the dock is likely not suitable during your stay due to tides and water levels. However, there is ample space for boat trailer parking in the driveway!
- Explore the public boat ramp at Imperial River Boat Ramp in Bonita Springs until the Lovers Key boat ramp reopens, just a short 15 minute drive away.

- Pet-friendly! Dogs welcome for a one-time fee of $175.

- Reminder the home is non-smoking
- We do have a zero tolerance policy on picking up dog/animal waste. All guests must pickup after their pets in the back & front yards or the cleaners will charge an additional cleanup fee.

- Unforeseen circumstances (weather, power outages, etc.) are non-refundable. Consider purchasing travel insurance for coverage.
- Host availability: 9am - 10pm via VRBO messenger for any queries or assistance.

We've setup the unit to allow our guests to access the home with keypads but we are available via the VRBO messenger to assist throughout your stay!

The house manual will provide all sorts of delicious and fun recommendations for things to do and places to shop and eat upon booking!

Heated Pool Details
Our pool is heated year-round at 80°F (set for active play – it will not be bathtub warm) at no extra charge. Please note that during cooler months, the pool temperature may feel cooler due to lower outdoor temperatures. We offer optional additional electric heating for those who prefer to pay for a warmer pool experience:
90°F: $250 per week
96°F: $500 per week
For best results, we recommend using the provided solar cover when the pool is not in use, as it helps retain heat during cooler nights. Guests can easily remove and replace the solar cover manually.
If you’d like to arrange for additional heating before your stay, please let us know in advance so we can ensure it’s ready for your arrival!
