Its expansive living room, oversized bedrooms, private patio, and full kitchen makes it live very much like a single family home. This condo features an in unit washer/dryer and walk out access to the pool and tiki bar area. In terms of layout for the bedrooms and bathrooms, this property is configured as follows-

Master Bedroom- King bed
Master Bathroom- Walk in shower with dual flow controls, double vanity, toilet (ensuite)
Second Bedroom- King bed
Second Bathroom- Walk in shower, single vanity, toilet (ensuite)
Third Bedroom- Two single beds
Third Bathroom- Walk in shower, single vanity, toilet (located off kitchen)
Living Room- Features a queen sleeper sofa capable of sleeping 2 guests and sleeper armchair capable of sleeping 1 guest

From the oversized, heated, pool and integrated spa to tiki lounge area with flat screen TV and built in grilling station in the backyard, this property is incredibly amenity rich! For those that need to work during their stay or simply be connected, the entire upstairs features a mesh wifi system with 300 GB/s wifi speeds. This property is pet friendly for small or medium sized dogs only, please message us for approval prior to booking your stay if your pet does not fall within this categorization. We may still choose to approve your pet. Last but not least, guests will be less than 5 minutes from a fantastic Supermarket and Pharmacy, with Publix being just down the road from this property. This property includes access to bicycles! Please inquire with the manager prior to arrival for more information to ensure availability upon arrival!

Guest Access:
Guests may access the shared heated pool, spa, and tiki hut area as well as free unassigned parking in front of the building. The other three units at Margarita Mansion will have access to the pool area. The pool doors are completely frosted and made of reinforced impact grade steel with double (top and bottom) bolt systems, so that residents using the pool cannot see into this unit from the pool area and the pool door is extremely secure and impenetrable.

The Neighborhood:
This property is located at 198-200 Anchorage St. on Fort Myers Beach, with a walk to the beach of just 3 minutes. It is extremely close to many restaurants, shopping, and Lovers Key, Bonita Springs, and Naples.

Getting Around:
We recommend a car or bikes! This property includes four bikes which are shared among the units (first come first serve)

Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. FMB registration 25-0011.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
