Located just north of the Padre Island Seawall, our Gulf-front condominium is only minutes from local eateries, fishing spots, and the fun things to fill your day!

Our trip to corpus was fantastic! The condo was perfect for our needs. My husband uses a walker, so I was trying to find a room that he could get around in without difficulty. This condo had plenty of space for both of us plus our two grown children. The patio looking out to the ocean was exactly what we needed. Our van was too low to the ground to safely park on the beach, but we did use the public beach access that was a block or so over. That was enough for us to park and hang out at the beach. The beach access from the condo was great, but not if you’re handicapped. My kids enjoyed it very much however. I brought some handlebars to fit around the toilet so my husband could get up and down easily and we had absolutely no problems. I would definitely choose this place again.

The ease of using grills and pool community is great. The complex is quiet if you need an early night. They try HARD to get you checked in before 4:00p if not at 4:00p.

Annual Family/Friends vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have enjoyed our family vacations at the Gulfstream for over 30 years. It has become a family tradition for sure. We used to bring our own kids every year and now bring our grandkids. Our kids friends that used to come with us as young kids continue to come with their young families. The office staff, the Maintenace staff and the housekeeping staff are all so nice and friendly and respectful! We love it here at the Gulfstream. One downside, however was elevator breaking
