A two-night minimum stay is required.
A signed Rental Agreement and valid ID matching the reservation name are required prior to check-in.
Primary guest must be 25 years or older.
Pet Policy: Maximum of two dogs, 25lbs or less.
Dog breeds not permitted at El Constante due to HOA guidelines: Pit Bull-type, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Wolf-dog hybrid, or Husky-type (including Siberian).
Pet Fees: $100 per pet (7 days or less), $200 (8–29 days), $300 (30+ days).
Pet Cleaning Fee: $50 (7 days or less), $75 (8–29 days), $100 (30+ days).
For long-term stays, mail may be forwarded to the property address and retrieved from the front office during the guest’s stay.
