Summary:
This beach escape is located near the highly desired Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach. The complex is less than a half mile to the ocean; there are sidewalks guiding you down to the beach. You will enjoy being in a quiet area removed from larger crowds while still minutes away from everything the Grand Strand has to offer.
Minimum booking age: 25
The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: *Stairs required* Self check-in with keypad. There is a ring doorbell at the property.
Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.
Family room: Spacious area! Large couch. TV.
Bedroom 1: Patio access! Queen bed. TV
Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed. TV.
Bathroom 2: Access via bedroom 2 or in the hallway.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed - full and twin.
Patio: Spacious! Screened in.
Pool/hot tubs/amenities: The complex has an indoor swimming pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, sun decks, a grilling area, and a club house - all while being just a short walk to the beach.
Beach: Walk out of the community and turn right, towards the ocean. Walk less than .5 miles down to our beautiful beach.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Private in-unit.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the complex (pools/hot tub/grilling).
The Neighborhood:
This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach.

Getting Around:
Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.

Routine Pest Control happens two times per month: on the second Thursday and 4th Wednesday of every month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.
