The property in a great location with great views. The walk to the beach will take about 20 minutes. We will definitely be staying here again. Having coffee every morning on the dock was one of my favorite memories. My only complaint is about the beds. They all need replacing. The master bedroom had blood on the mattress. It's time to get something cleaner and more comfortable.

I will be calling the housing authorities the place is un safe and unhealthy to rent it was filthy blood Staines on the mattress burn Mark's on them as well the deck is splintering boards had to be nailed down and the pier was so loose as I was walking it shook so bad I had to fall to my knees and crawl to the steps or I would have fallen in the water I just had my knee replaced Aug 1st and falling to my knees was very painful I will make it so no one else has to deal with the things I went with in that place
The property is not maintained nor is it cleaned to normal standards, least of all covid. The furniture is also dirty or falling apart. Only one TV seemed to be connected to any service. The carpets were torn and extremely dirty. We honestly felt like we were going to get some kind of illness there. We will not be retuning time this property.
When we got to are unit, it was dirty the electricity didnât work on half of the unit, we called the office and told them, but said they canât anyone till the next day, the dryer didnât work all week, so my son n law fixed the electricity and also fixed the dryer. We had to clean the whole unit down. It was a nice place if it didnât have so many things wrong with it.

When booking, I confirmed a boat slip and explained that I had a 24ft boat. When we arrived, the boat slip was cautioned off. It was too dangerous to use as per the property management.. No phone call, no explanation from the property manager. I told them it was unacceptable. They called me the next day and offered me a slip two blocks away. Again unacceptable. Nothing on Labor Day. Finally Tuesday, I got a call saying they fixed it FOUR days into our vacation.
However, we loved it the location. But the property was not maintained. None of the three bedrooms had working lights, all the bath towel racks except for one were off the walls. Then the dryer starting soaking my clothes instead of drying them.
One last thing is the kitchen. There is no can opener, or anything to bake with so using the oven is obsolete Plus, ocean city being a âblue crabâarea, they didnât have a pot big enough to cook them.
I would stay in the area again, however, I will not use this management company again and Iâve been coming to OC for 17 years.
Perfectly tucked away from the hustle of Ocean City with beautiful and peaceful waterfront views from every balcony. Perfect space for a girls weekend close enough to enjoy Winefest and quiet enough to relax and enjoy a weekend away from it all.
Property could use a few basic upgrades to window treatments and property enhancements like oiling the sliding glass doors. But overall this property was perfect for the girls and we enjoyed our stay!!
It's a nice enough place (a little run down), but when we got there, it was obvious that it hadn't been clean, and I have photos to prove it. The bathrooms were dirty, there was used dental floss on the floor, and a dirty towel hanging on the shower rod. The bed spreads were dirty and stained and had to be washed before we could use them.
We called the property management company, and a rude woman told us the owner had opted to clean the place himself instead of paying for cleaners. If we wanted, they would send a cleaning crew, but we declined because we didn't feel like waiting around and wasting valuable time, so we cleaned it ourselves. When checking out we spoke to a polite man at the property management company who said he would refund us $125, which they did a week later.
