Come enjoy your summer family vacation in our humble oceanfront condo which we are making available whenever we aren't using it for our own summer family vacation. This is a first floor unit so there is a view of the sand dunes but not the ocean. Also, this is an older condo and has not been updated.

First floor is ideal for families with younger children and is stocked with numerous beach toys, 2 boogie boards for older children, beach chairs, a heavy duty beach umbrella, and a beach wagon to haul it all!

Guest provides all soaps, toiletries and paper products.
Guest must also provide linens - Towels and Bed Sheets.
Bed Sizes are 2 Full Beds, 1 King Bed, and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa

Bring the children/grandchildren and create precious fun memories together!

A fully stocked kitchen offering many pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, microwave, blender, Keurig coffee maker and a traditional coffee maker.

There is a dining table for family meals and 3 countertop stools which are ideal for breakfast, lunch and snack time.

Free Basic Cable and High-Speed WiFi Internet Service.
Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

This is a Non-Smoking Unit and that includes No Smoking on the balcony. Saturday to Saturday Rentals during Peak Summer Season.
