A great alternative to driving home after a late football game

Super easy to get to after a football game and plenty of space for our group!

I did not stay because of smell and dirty sheets

Walked in and walked out. I did not stay there. Everything was dated, dirty and old. The entire place smelled bad and there were 5 used bug bombs in the garbage. The sheets had black specks of dirt and the mattresses were inflatable.

Bug infestation smells awful won’t respond back to me didn’t even stay walked in seen all the bugs and immediately left! Absolutely disgusting

So dirty we could not stay there- want refund

The place smelled terrible. When you walked in, there was dirt in the sheets, there were bugs in the rooms, there was a bunch of bug bombs in the garbage can, the refrigerator door handle fell off, we were not able to stay there because it was so dirty and stunk so bad. I want full refund.

Greeted with two abandoned looking minivans and an old refrigerator in the driveway, so we had to park on the street. Upon opening the door, I was hit with a pungent smell that somehow got worse as I neared the kitchen. The wall near the front door had a crack in it and was missing some paint. There was an oxygen machine next to the couch in the living room. The master bathroom had large pieces of tile around the tub removed, and leaning against the tub. The other bathroom had what looked like a puddle of urine behind it. The bedrooms were full of clutter, like someone was actively living there, and left for the weekend also, there was no wifi. The network that was on the listing didn't exist.

Not clean

He was very willing to work with us at first. He allowed us to have our dogs for an extra 100$. But the pictures for the place on the website hide all of the issues with the place. Everything is dirty and he acted like we were the cause of it. There was leftover food and trash. Also nowhere for us to put any trash with the outdoor one being full. It also smelt really bad. He was willing to work with us until the issues were brought up then he put all the blame on us.

Absolutely Disgusting!! Do Not Rent!

Upon entry of place there was a strong cat urine smell or something similar and floors were disgusting. We were going to suck it up and clean it ourselves but as we were unpacking there were cockroaches and bug droppings everywhere. We were trying to run hot water in order to clean and also discovered hot water heater was not working. There was mold on the ceiling and showers were absolutely disgusting. We tried to contact owner but no response to call or messages. With these issues, it was a safety concern. We had to pack up and figure out what to do next. Owner did contact us later that night and just denied our claims. Unfortunately for us we booked a few months in advance and there was no reviews. There is another review on there now with the same experience and same response he gave us. Pictures do look decent online but honestly I hope this place gets taken off of VRBO or any other website until it has been fumigated and properly cleaned. Hopefully we can get our full refund which was initially denied due to cancellation policy. Which typically, I would understand. But this is not a typical case. Hopefully this is enough of a warning to others to avoid what happened to us. I’m interested to see the response to this review from the owner, the cleaning we did in the 10 mins we were there was probably the most this place has seen in a while.

Never stay here. Got to the property an hour after I was told I could arrive. I go to use the keypad to type in the number and there simply wasn’t even a keypad to type into. Door was unlocked, so I open the door and there is a dog inside with poop and pee everywhere. Kitchen was destroyed, every room was full of junk and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The photos online were not an accurate representation, we couldn’t even stay there it was so disgusting. Host didn’t respond to any calls or texts. 0/10 experience, had to call and get a full refund.
