Host never provided check-in information. I messaged. I called the number provided which was vrbo customer service. They called repeatedly and got no answer. I was relocated. Avoid this place at all costs.

Perfect for a good nights rest.

This property was very clean and welcoming. We were actually only there about 10 hours. Just needed somewhere to sleep. But everyone slept good and it was in a good neighborhood where we felt safe.

Fit wonderfully for our one night stay to see our kid at college. The place was clean and plenty of space. The owner was responsive and all the directions were clear. Plenty there to cook with and prepare meals but I would be prepared to bring consumables to your liking- spices and pepper for example.

It was very clean, kitchen had what was needed for meals, and well located for what we needed. The kitchen cabinets and drawers need knobs. They were hard to open. That is our only recommendation. We would stay there again.

Great Coralville vrbo/host was well organized

The host really has a nice property here with every amenity possible, easy Anand off the highway and just a great location. Amenities in the home were excellent and the host did a nice job putting out extra coffee and toiletries for all of us to use. Highly recommend.Very quiet

Much larger unit than expected. Gteat location '- ,Easy to accesss I-80. Coral Ridhe Mall is within walking distance. Right next to a lovely park.Bad cat urine & feces smell from unit next door that effects the entire building. That is the only negative thing about this VRBO.

In town for swim meet

This was perfect for our stay! There are a lot of blankets and extra covers for the beds which were nice when it was sub zero. The fireplace was also nice for those few chilly days. They provided plenty of soaps and lotion and towels for the bathroom, and had some coffees and teas to use. We used the garage while we were there which allowed us to charge our plug in hybrid electric car overnight. There is road noise like the one other review said, but if you have a white noise machine, it helps mask that, and we slept fine. The exterior hallway does have a funky cat smell from the neighbor, but Ahamed warned us ahead of time, and it does not intrude into the unit itself. We would stay again if we are in town for another stay. Ahamed was great to work with, and replied to our messages quickly when we had a few questions.

Nice Condo, Responsive Owner

I booked this property on VRBO three times over three weeks for a total of 10 nights. These were all weekday stays. The condo unit is nice and well-appointed. We had all the basics we needed to be comfortable and cook our own meals. We were some of this owner's first guests, so he was still working out the kinks (e.g. check-in process), but Ahamed is super-responsive and very flexible. We had to wait past 2 PM a couple of times to check in because of the cleaners' timing but Ahamed made up for it on the other end by letting us check out at noon instead of 11 AM. Two things to know: 1) The highway noise is significant in this unit, especially on the balcony and in the bedrooms. I sleep with earplugs, so it didn't bother me. Light sleepers might have a different experience. 2) There is a noticeable cat funk in the hallway leading to this unit. Another owner on this floor clearly loves their cats. I'm allergic to cats but didn't have any issues. The funk does not carry over into this unit.

Great stay! Location was perfect for our trip to Iowa for a Hawkeye football game. Very Clean place. Nice to have kitchen and living room space. Nicely decorated with phone chargers in bedrooms. Ahamed was a fantastic host. Would definitely stay here again.
