This beach house is a cherished retreat for our family of eight, and we’re excited to share it with you. We created this home as a place where family and friends can relax, spend time together, and enjoy everything this beautiful area has to offer.

Hosting allows us to combine our passion for hospitality with our love for Venice and the surrounding beaches. We’re excited to welcome guests from near and far and help you discover the beautiful beaches, local restaurants, charming downtown Venice, and some of the area’s hidden gems.

Whether you’re here to relax, explore, spend time with family, or celebrate a special occasion, our goal is to make your stay comfortable, easy, and memorable.

What we love most about our neighborhood is the perfect combination of relaxation, convenience, and everything that makes a Florida beach vacation special.

Manasota Beach is just 2.8 miles away, making it easy to enjoy beautiful beaches and unforgettable sunsets. A short drive takes you to the historic Venice Fishing Pier, downtown Venice, local shops, cafés, and restaurants.

For nature lovers, Venetian Waterway Park offers scenic trails for walking, biking, and birdwatching. And don’t miss Caspersen Beach, famous for its prehistoric shark teeth and known as the “Shark Tooth Capital of the World.”

Whether you want to spend the day at the beach, explore charming downtown Venice, enjoy local restaurants, kayak, bike, or simply relax, there’s something for everyone.

What makes our property unique is the combination of a luxurious, brand-new home, spacious accommodations, and thoughtful touches designed specifically for families and groups.

With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeping space for up to 10 guests, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and spend time together. The home features two king bedrooms, a family-friendly bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, and a fourth bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa and dedicated workspace.

We especially love the screened porch, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, dine outdoors, or gather around the grill for a family cookout. Guests also have a private backyard, beach gear, garage parking, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee station.

We designed this home to feel comfortable, beautiful, and welcoming—a place where families and friends can make wonderful Florida vacation memories together.
