The layout of the beach house was perfect. Turquoise water views and steps to the water. Full kitchen and outdoor charcoal grill. Ocean kayaks available. WiFi slow but reliable enough. Netflix accessible. AC running good. There are beach chairs but no umbrella. Outdoor shower available. Electric stove but no exhaust fan and light. No Laundry washer and dryer. Dishwasher. Microwave. Fridge. Hammock in the veranda. There is no drinking filtered water available (you have to buy it in town 15 minutes away. There is no dumpster in the property (you have to bring garbage to selected drums in town. Dirt road with horrible potholes leads to the beach property from Queens Highway. After a week of stay, I managed to adapt to a quiet and laidback lifestyle. I definitely recommend.

Thank you for your review and recommendation nice to hear you settled into the Island life style and enjoyed your stay. On a few of your points, it is made plain that there is not a washer dryer for the usual short stay we find it does not warrent the running cost and upkeep to wash a tee shirt or two. We always leave some water in the fridge the water is drinkable from the tap. The wrap round verander gives plenty of shade. Thank you again.

We stayed at Three Little Birds for nine nights. The location is amazing. It’s beautiful and peaceful. We brought our paddle boards with us and went out every day. We enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning as well as the sunsets. The house is spacious and was comfortable for 8 people. We had a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. 3 Little Birds was just the right sort of place for us - quiet, spacious, well laid out, and right on the water. The property was quite clean, and the kitchen was equipped with what we needed for our food preparation during our stay. The decorations and artwork were lovely. The house is far enough away (and shielded by trees) from the nearest neighbors, that we never felt crowded or intruded upon.Josh (the local host) responded quickly on WhatsApp on the few occasions I reached out to him, and was always helpful.Having a kayak available was a plus - we paddled down to the "blue hole" a couple of times and looked at the jellyfish along the shore, and then up to the mangroves to watch the local night herons stalking for fish.

Three Little Birds was an AMAZING house. The views of the flats were amazing and we enjoyed using the kayaks to visit the sand bar in front of the house. At low tide you could walk to the sandbar. Saw a few bonefish, crabs, small starfish. The insects and flies were issues in the afternoons but we brought baby oil and bug spray to ward them off. Josh, the main contact once on the island, was very responsive. We used a grocery and adult beverage delivery service; also enjoyed a few restaurants. The wind was tough on most of the beaches except in front of the house and at Stocking Island.I would highly recommend Three Little Birds

Great place for the price

Great place to stay for a budget friendly stay. Some items in the house (kitchen esp) need updating but we had everything we needed and the water outside the place is a great place to explore.

Outstanding location

We enjoyed the house very much. It was a family vacation and everyone had a good time. The location is beautiful- right on the water where we enjoyed both beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The layout of the house was also very good.

Slice of Heaven

We had a wonderful ten days at Three Little Birds on Bonefish Flats. The location is ideal in the middle of the island with easy access to Georgetown and Little Exuma. Can’t wait to return.

Great Location with Amazing View

Loved our stay! House is very centrally located which allows quick access to all the great beaches. Even with a house next door was very private and quiet! Layout of the house is great - nice and open. The view over the water is amazing. Enjoyed kayaking and walked to sand bar at low tide.

Amazing place for value

Wake up to beautiful views and the serenity everyone is searching for. A group of sailors came in for the regatta and stayed here and they loved it! Perfect for a larger group of people who want a bit of a getaway from the rustle and bustle. Not to mention they have everything you need. Would highly recommend.

Lovely house, spacious living area for family to share with amazing view. Well located 20 minutes from Blue restaurant (expensive but must go) and Tropic of Cancer beach (must go) and 16 minutes Georgetown where market is located. Rooms each equipped with individual AC units. View from house to the sea is breathtaking. Literally your backyard sea, you can walk 2-3 miles (in both low and high tides) to islands right in front. Sunrise and sunset reading, BBQs or just laying on sun chairs is amazing. Kitchen with plenty of cooking tools. Enjoy your stay.

Really loved this house, very spacious and well laid out. I thought the double beds might be an issue but they were just fine. House was clean and the location was perfect. I come to exuma a few times a year and I will definitely be booking 3 little birds again. Thank you for sharing your home with my family!

Great stay with beautiful view

Loved our home away from home so much! The owner was responsive and helpful. The home had a beautiful view and doc to swim/kayak right out! Enjoyed coffee out on the deck daily! The beds could have been a little more comfortable/larger for some guests to sleep better. Overall we enjoyed our stay!!
