Welcome to Canal Dreams! This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bath pool home, is located right on the canal! With an expansive backyard and access to a boat dock, this is the perfect home for weekend getaways, fishing trips, family celebrations, or to spend the entire season soaking up the Florida sun!

This home sits on a corner lot, in a very quiet neighborhood where you can relax and unwind. Upon entering, you will find a lovely open concept floor plan. The living room boasts two large plush leather recliner couches. Adjacent, you will find the spacious kitchen, that offers plenty of countertop space for you to prepare your family’s favorite treat. There are six bar stools and an adjoining dining table that can seat six as well.

To the right of the kitchen, you will find the spacious den/game room, which is the perfect space to kick back and relax after a long day of adventure. sofa-bed that converts easily into a lounger and queen-size bed, a 32” TV, and private access to the outdoor pool area. There are plenty of outlets and USB ports for you to bring your gaming system, etc.

Down the hall, you will find your first bedroom, which boasts a queen-size bed and plenty of closet space for your personal belongings. To the right of the bedroom, you will find the main bathroom with updated vanity and a gorgeous shower/tub combo. At the end of the hall, you will find the other two bedrooms. To the left, you will find the second bedroom, which boasts a king-size bed and offer plenty of space to unwind. To the right is the beautiful master bedroom which boasts a king-size bed and has private access to the backyard pool area. The private master bathroom includes an updated vanity and a large walk-in shower that is tiled from floor to ceiling. Both of the bedrooms with king-size beds also have large closets and smart-TVs for your use. All of the TVs in the home (except for the one in the Den/Game room) are Smart TVs and are ready for you to stream your favorite streaming services.  Cable/Antenna TV is not available.

Time to head outside to paradise! This backyard/pool area has been converted for pure relaxation. The large free-form pool is the focal point of the backyard. In addition to three different outdoor seating areas around the pool. The first can accommodate up to four comfortably. The second seating area offers a lovely couch with adjoining chairs and has curtains to block out the sun if you are looking to cool down! Poolside you will find two lovely chaise loungers. There is a gas grille. The backyard boasts plenty of space to play and enjoy nature and includes a boat dock for guests' use. Cast a line or bring your boat and hit the water for a day of adventure and you will be sure to have a blast.

Canal Dreams is a one-of-a-kind property and is sure to please. Secluded by the splendor of nature and tranquility, you will find yourself coming back year after year.

Guests are welcome to bring their boat!  There are two boat launch access points nearby at South Gulf Cove Park and Butterford Waterway Park.

Don’t miss the gorgeous sandy beaches of Boca Grande, Englewood, Manasota Key Beach and Caspersen Beach. Choose from endless dining destinations or shop to your heart’s content in the charming boutiques of downtown Punta Gorda, Englewood, and Boca Grande. Catch your fish of the day at the many fishing piers that are nearby (Myakka, Placida, Englewood, Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda), or venture south to Boca Grande of Gasparilla Island for a day trip! Explore Don Pedro Island State Park accessible only by boat or ferry, where you can get lost amid the mangrove forests, dunes, and beaches. Be sure to look out for the local fauna, including West Indian manatees, tortoises, bald eagles, and Loggerhead turtles. Charlotte Harbor Preserve State Park (the third largest state park in Florida), is a popular spot to bike, walk and run, as well as Cape Haze Pioneer Trail Park, where an 8-mile trail runs alongside a former railroad corridor.
