This property features an open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen, high-end finishes/appliances, heating and air conditioning, 4K TVs, WiFi/high speed internet (ATT fiber), king bed, a full-size sofa sleeper, an outdoor shower, and a washer/dryer (shared with one other unit).

This bright and spacious 1 bedroom apartment has a street view of the ocean and is a short 2 block walk to Windansea beach. It is close to downtown La Jolla, including La Jolla Cove, the La Jolla Tide Pools and La Jolla Shores. It is also a short drive to Pacific Beach.

This apartment is approximately 700 square feet and is the south unit. It is one of two side-by-side units in a shared courtyard.

The open living room contains plenty of windows to take advantage of ocean breezes. The sofa sectional sits across from a wall-mounted 50” flat-screen TV. The kitchen is part of the same open space, allowing easy flow between the areas.

The bathroom has been newly remodeled with high-end fixtures and multiple towel racks.

The bedroom features a king bed, TV, closet and mirror.

The unit contains a shared washer/dryer, heating and air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.

The outdoor courtyard is furnished with a table and chair set and an LED lighted patio umbrella, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off.

Guests are given an electronic key code to access the apartment. Street parking is available in front of the unit.

Guests are required to verify their identity with our third-party provider before check-in. To provide our guests and properties with extra protection, guests agree to pay a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

The apartment is furnished with bath towels, beach towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a Pack N Play and a high chair.
When enjoying the beach, please wash off sand or remove sandy shoes before entering. Please also use broom and dustpan to keep sand out of the unit.
